Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually /by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar . The rate includes head load pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and working in foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation / flowing / seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul/slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth,slush/mud all leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( i/e equivalent design mix) . The rate includes head load pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation / flowing/seepage and working in foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift, head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quary rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quary rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work above / below ground level- 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (M sand ) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) The rate including all head loads, leads, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation/flowing /seepage and working in foul /slush condition in or under water and /or liquid mud etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns etc., The rate includes all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- Using steel sheets with MS frames

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul/slush condition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud , including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of debries within a lead of 5 KM radius, beyond the initial lead of 50m and filling up in the low lying area as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
