Cover for Sofa Set 5 Seater (FD-281/373) by removing old faded tapestry cloth and cover with new tapestry cloth of approved quality/shade for seat and back, duly stitched with zip arrangement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rs.250/- per meter)

Supply and fix cushion for Sofa Set 5 Seater (FD-281/373) by removing old rubber cushions together with old faded tapestry cloth and provide 100mm synthetic foam 40 density of size 530mm x 500mm cushion covered with new tapestry cloth for seat and back of approved quality/shade, after providing cover made out of cloth mulmul and duly stitched with zip arrangement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rs.250/- per meter)

Repairs to Sofa Set 4 Seater (FD-281/373) by removing old faded tapestry cloth and cover with new tapestry cloth of approved quality/shade for seat and back, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (cost of tapestry cloth not less than Rs.250/- per meter)

Repairs to Tip- up Chairs by removing the following existing unserviceable members and providing new members

Removing the existing unserviceable rexine, from the seat of Tip- up Chairs, and supply and fix new rexine (textile) fabric coated as per existing shape & size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Make kurlon /Ufoam/SKDI

Removing the existing unserviceable foam cushion from the seat of Tip- up Chairs, and supply and fix new polyurethane foam cushion of 40 density as per existing shape & size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Make kurlon /Ufoam/SKDI

All as per item No 3.03 above but for back rest

Removing the existing unserviceable hard board back of Back Rest and supply & fix new hard board of existing size and shape duly Painted and serially numbered as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Removing the existing unserviceable hard board back of Seat and supply & fix new hard board of existing size and shape duly Painted as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Removing the existing unserviceable beading from Back Rest and supply & fix new PVC 'E' Beading of existing size and shape as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Removing the existing unserviceable wooden seat frame and Supply and fix new wooden seat frame made out of 2nd class hardwood (kongu/Sal/Vangai) of size 50 mm x 32 mm of existing size and shape of seat frame of Tip-up Chair all as per the direction of Engr in Charge

Removing the existing unserviceable wooden back rest frame and Supply and fix new wooden back rest frame made out of 2nd class hardwood (kongu/Sal/Vangai) of size 50 mm x 20 mm of existing shape of Tip-up Chair all as per the direction of Engr in Charge

Removing the existing unserviceable pvc wheels/rings from the sliding apparatus of the seat and supply and fix new pvc wheels as per the existing arrangements (sample kept in BSO office) and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Removing the unserviceable pvc bush from the existing push up system and supply and fix new pvc bush as per the existing arragement (sample kept in BSO office) and all as directed by Engineer-in –charge.

Removing existing damaged springs of tip up chairs and supply & fix new spring 100 mm long best quality (as per approved sample) for Tip-up chairs

Cleaning of pushing slide wheel with kerosence oil and apply best quality grease to easy and noise free movements of seal all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing existing faded paint from base frame of tip up chair and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (approved shade) over a coat of red oxide asper direction of Engr in Charge.

Removing existing damaged/UNSV seat cushion with cover of chair dining officers MAP and S&F of new cushion 75mm thick and 40 density covered with tapestry cloth of not less than Rs- 250/- per meter all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by engineer in charge.

12mm thick plywood BWR grade for seat

15mmX30mm teak wood vertical strips (Back rest stiffener)

35mmX50mm teak wood front leg/rear leg with buffers

20mmX25mm teak wood stiffener

Chair writing officers (FD/E6/MAP/12) Removing the following unserviceable parts from chair writing officers and supply and fix new compenents complete all as specified and as directed

Seat duly upholstered with polyester cloth and PVC lipping all round

Back duly upholstered with polyester cloth and PVC lipping all round

Arm rest of suitable sizes and made of black integral skin polyurthane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS insert with suitable screws for both Arms complet all as directed

Rubber stopper for MS tubular frame.

Table computer (FD/E6/MAP/03) Removing the following unserviceable parts of Table computer and sup and fix new parts all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

Top made of 18mm/19mm thick pre laminated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood beading.

Key board tray of size 450mmx480mm made of 18/19mm thick pre laminated particle board with 4mm thickteak wood beading.

Drawer 75mm deep made of 18/19mm thick pre laminated particle board with knob.

Telescopic channel for key board tray, pull out tray and drawer of suitable size.

Rectangular PVC cover size 25mmX50mm made to shape.

Legs with nylon buffers of suitable size.

Sup and fix PVC seat and back set 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.8kg all as per drg suitable for chair verandah FD/MAP-II/15 Make: AMCO, complete all as specified, shown on drg and as directed

Cleaning the old painted surfaces , applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint all round and provision of 04 Nos of PVC shoesto legs completeall as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing existing damaged/UNSV PVC seat from chair dining FD/MAP-II/05 and Supp and Fix of new PVC seat frame 4mm thick with suitable screws and all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge
