Dismanteling the same after function including stacking and carriage of same to Sub Div-3 office including refilling of holes with same excavated existing earth as original etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Required size of clamps, nut, bolts and binding wire shall be provided by contractor. Noting shall be paid on this account.)

Hire charges of providing and fixing stainless steel barricading of 1.20 metre height for separating visitors ladies and gents in a queue during entry in Prerna Sthal, Parliament House lawns including carriage, loading, unloading, fixing, binding with required size of clamps, nut bolts including barricading supporting vertical pipes ensure structural stability of barricading and binding with horizontal pipe over it as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling the same after completion of function. The item will be completed before 8.00 AM on 13.04.2026 and will be removed after 8.00 PM on 14.04.2026.

Providing installation & running generator set on hire basis having 62 KVA BS/VI capacity of routed brand and manufacture i/c making connection cost of diesel, electric wire / cable, carriage, operator / chowkidar repair and maintenance tool, parts etc. complete as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge.

Hire charges of red carpet including laying at site carriage loading & unloading etc. complete. The item will be completed before 8.00 AM on 13.04.2026 and will be removed after 8.00 PM on 14.04.2026.

Hiring of P.A. system with 50 Nos. speakers from 8.00 AM 13.04.2026 to 8.00 PM on 14.04.2026 including carriage, loading, unloading, installation, operator etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
