Providing and injecting chemical emulsion using chloropyriphos 20 percent EC with 1 percent concentration for post constructional Anti-termite treatment along external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron, material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion using chloropyriphos 20 percent EC with 1 percent concentration for post constructional Anti-termite treatment for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor, material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion using chloropyriphos 20 percent EC with 1 percent concentration for post constructional Anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litre per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same, material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

Injecting chemical GLYPHOSATE 41 percent solution 20 ml or till refusal by making cut/injection in the stem of plant 30mm center to center and spraying with solution (25 ml Glyphospate 41 percent diluted with one litre of water ) and removing the plants/vegetation with penetrated roots, material and labour complete including all necessary scafolding arrangments upto 04 storeys height of bldgs all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate deemed to include for inspection and surveying all the buildings in area regularly for preventing any additional growth of vegetation/ plants with above treatment to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Injecting chemical GLYPHOSATE 41 percent soluion 20 ml or till refusal by making cut/injection in the stem of plant 30mm center to center and spraying with solution (25 ml Glyphospate 41 percent diluted with one litre of water ) and removing the plants/vegetation with penetrated roots, material and labour complete including all necessary scafolding arrangments from 09 to 12 storeys height of bldgs all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate deemed to include for inspection and surveying all the buildings in area regularly for preventing any additional growth of vegetation/ plants with above treatment to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including use of scafolding for any height of bldgs and removing debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100/110 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar from any height of bldgs including use of scafloding, complete all as specified and directed

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, sealed with adhesive suitable for PVC pipes and fixed to walls upto any height of bldgs including use of scafloding complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for 110 mm bore PVC pipe stack clamps out of 50 mm x 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof including use of scafloding, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in two layers 10mm thick each layer and top layer mixed with integral water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instructions including use of scafolding to work on any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as per manufacturers instruction.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifeid and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint including use of scafolding to work on any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for prepartion of newly plastered wall / celing surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
