Providing water membarane treatement to the leaky terrace using Synthetic Butadine Rubber sheet (SBR) including hacking the surfaces and roughening the old RCC roof surface with wire brushes and tools wherever necessary and the Synthetic Butadine Rubber sheet (SBR) has been laying before weathering course brick jelly concrete and with using necessary SBR adhesive to carefuly laying with proper joints ( the joints over lap to be not more than over lap 15cm to 20cm ) etc, including labour for laying the sheets etc complete including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Replastering the existing surfaces of the beams and columns, ceiling with following specifications. The existing weak and spalled plastering and concrete shall be removed in order to expose a sand concrete surface. The brick work plastering on either sides of columns shall be removed to a width of 150mm. The existing corroded reinforcement shall be cleaned thoroughly by wire brushing /mechanical means to remove all rust and scales. Additional rft shall be provided to the required lap length on the excisting re-bars. The re-bars shall be treated with anti-corrosive coating in 2 coats. The existing exposed concrete shall be cleaned with wire brush washed with clean water. The polimer bonding agent shall be mixed with neat cement @ 500 ml/10Kgs of cement applied on concrete surface. The shuttering shall be tied alround the columns, beams where the thickness of repairs is more than 50mm. (The chicken mesh shall be tied alround the column on to nails fixed on exposed brick work on either sides of columns) shall be poured and ensured that the entire thickness as filled and compacted. The concrete repair mortar shall be used in areas where the thicknesses of repair does not exceed 50mm, applied in 2 layes on beams, colums, lintels. The columns and beams and ceiling surface shall be replasered using cement mortar 1:4 admixed with polimer additive to a thickness of 25mm to levels and cured for 7 days using gunnay bags tied around the repaird areas.
