Repairing of 500-kVA, 11kV/550V Hindustan make Power Transformer .
Dismantling of inspection cover, conservator tank, flanges and cable connections.
Drain out of old transformer oil and keep it safe place & filling of transformer oil.
Providing of rubber oil seal bush insulator
Providing Neoprene gasket, cork sheet, tapes etc.
Providing incoming & outgoing bush insulator with terminals
Cleaning and decarbonises the transformer core tank inside & outside and all flanges.
Repairing and breezing of 1 Limb coil with silphos rod.
Selves & insulation of repaired coil,Providing clean selves ,insulation & tape etc.
Labour charges for fitting at site.

Removing of Top cover, inspection cover, conservator, top cores and dismantling burnt winding coils and carbonised core.
Dismantling of core structure, cleaning and de-carbonising of core structure dry out and re-assembling of core.
