Taking down/removing existing tarfelt treatment of any description from RCC roof slab, terrace etc and cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughning surface of corner to roof by means of MS scrapper patty or any other suitable tools and removing to a distance 500 mtr from the starting point and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof slab or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting, with cement sand slurry in 1:3 with mixing of liquid WPC by wt of cement (as per manufacturer instruction)complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering or screed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in averaging on RCC roof slab/terrace surfaces with mixing of WPC with cement (as per manufacturer instruction) including finishing even and smooth without using cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

M&L for providing and laying APP modified water proofing membrane 3 mm thick with non woven polyester reinforcement having weight not less than 3.5 Kg per sqm over a coat bituminous primer oil based for membrane by the respective manufacture @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including overlapping as specified and as approval of make as specified in PS including one coat of bituminous based aluminum paint on top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of Battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, Framed work in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour Second class hard-wood clean sawn as in scantlings fixed in framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as roof trusses (framed) purlins (angle, beam, tee channel) incl distance piece, cleats etc of Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality A) with and including necessary cutting bending drilling holes welding, rebates etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mangalore pattern pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ( cylindrical vertical with close top) tripple layered hosted and fixed in position all as specified 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Ferocrate/cemented/PVC water tank .exc 250 Ltr and n.exc 500ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block masonry, stone masonry or boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-I 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid block, exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursedor brought upto course CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick plastering on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6) and rendering is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item Ser No 32 above but in cm 1:4 (external surfaces)

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.
