Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

In the case of death of a contractor after executing / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if an eligible registered contractor and willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of work.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited.B is Value, at 2024-25 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on going works to be completed during the next 2 Months (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited)

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2019-20, 2020-21 , 2021-22 ,2022-23 ,& 2023-24 Achieved in at least Two financial years an average annual financial turnover in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs. 15.34 Lakhs. (Usually not less than the estimated annual payment under this contract) (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited).
