Removing of old existing U/S top from table bed side and S&F the new new top of same size made out of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board,teak faced,ISI marked all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old existing U/S shelves from table bed side and S&F the new shelf made out of 12mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board teak faced of same size all as shown in darwing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old existing U/S back ply from table bed side and S&F the new back ply of same size of 06mm thick commercical plywood (ISI marked) all as shown in drawing including one coat of french polish all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

BED HARD STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08 ®

Removing of old and unserviceable Ply wood top from Bed Hard and S&F of new 12mm thick ply wood top of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable head board from Bed Hard and S&F new head board made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board both side teak faced having 04 mm thick teak wood beading all around. All as per size and design shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sr.item No. 34.02 above but foot board of Bed hard.

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg of Bed hard steel all as shown on Drg.

Chair Writing FD-280

Removing U/S wooden back rest stiffner of chair writing and S&F new back rest made of Ist class HW (Teak) as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old U/S broken bottom stiffner from chair writing and S&F new stiffner made out of Ist class HW (Teak) as per Drg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing U/S broken front legs from chair writing and S&F new front legs made to shape , the timber shall be Ist class HW (Teak) as approved

Removing U/S broken rear legs from chair writing and S&F rear legs made to shape as the timber shall be Ist class HW (Teak) as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing U/S broken Arm rest from chair writing and S&F new arm rest made to shape as the timber shall be Ist class HW (Teak) as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of U/S cane from chair writing, tightening the wooden frame properly and recanning of chair with new plastic cane white 2 mm wide and 0.4 mm thick and perimeter wooven with 3mm cane as per Godrej pettern. The cane shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hat stand with mirror (FD-233)

Removing old U/S pegs from hat stand and S&F new brass pegs 150mm long as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing U/S mirror from hat stand and S&F new mirror 5mm thick as per Drg .Mirror shall be as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spot welding

M&L for Spot welding to steel furniture at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Polishing of the wooden furniture, prepare the existing surface of wooden furniture of any description by applying sand paper removing the stains and filling the bore holes , cracks by putting fevicol and wooden putty etc and apply two coat of french spirit Polish to the exposed surface polishing shall be uniform and shall be glossy finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following items :-
