Supplying of machine crushed hard stone track ballast-34335 Cum confirming to RDSO's Railway specification (IS/RDSO-GE/0001: 2023) February 2023 and latest correction slip as directed from identified source from Ramkumarpura mining area, located at Village Ramkumarpura, Tehsil Khetri, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, including leading to loading point and loading the same into BOBYN type Railways wagons from NIZAMPUR/MAONDA Railway Stations ( in NWR Region). The rate is inclusive of all cost, contractor labour, tools plants and machinery complete including all lead, lift, taxes, royalty charges and duties including making approach road and other arrangements for stacking ballast at site as required for complete job as directed by Engineer in charge.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer at the time of tendering shall submit the Ballast Testing Report indicatingImpact Value, Los Angeles Abrasion Value, Water Absorption Value of sample of stone ballast. The Ballast Testing Report must be issued by any of the approved laboratories as listed as under:- i) Laboratories of all Government Regional colleges / Government departments having facilities for carrying out test of Ballast as per IS: 2386. ii) All Laboratories having valid accreditation certificates for testing Coarse Aggregate for Impact Value, Los Angeles Abrasion Value & Water Absorption Value as per IS: 2386 from National Accreditation Board for testing and calibration Laboratories, India (NABL). Test Report must bear valid NABL accreditation details i.e. Certificate of Accreditation No. The test report should have been issued after the date of publication of tender. The bid received without any Ballast Testing Report or the Ballast Testing report issued by the laboratories other than the laboratories as mentioned above will be summarily rejected. The tenderer shall also furnish an undertaking that the ballast supply at all times will conform to the Specifications for Track Ballast as specified by Railway.

Tenderer may please note that offers received without requisite/mandatory documents as mentioned above, will be considered as invalid tender and for which contractor shall have no claim on Railway.

The tenderer shall visit the site of work and acquaint himself/themselves with the conditions of work viz. approach roads and accessibility, availability of materials, electric power, water for work and drinking purposes, site for labour camps, stores, godowns, extent of lead/lift in work, availability of skilled and unskilled labour etc. that may be encountered in the course of execution of work. In short, he/they should familiarize himself/themselves fully with the all the conditions of the work site & all the financial implications due to the above conditions is deemed to be understood and taken care of while bidding the offer.
