Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ wall clading fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wooden boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 20mm thick, second class hard wood boarding, plane on one side with butt joints and fixed complete in position as in eaves board, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top: (i) Taking out old roof tratment and roughening tha same old concrete slab by picking, sweepingc clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) (iii) Cleaning the plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminuous primer @ 0.25 ltr/Sqm confirming ti IS: 3384 -1986 (iv) APP based polymeric menbrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg/Sqm reinfiorced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/Sqm) shall be less appliedb over bituminous primer as specified above over a application of polymeric membrane shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the teransverese direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

M & L for 4 mm thick plain fibre cement flat sheets type B, any category as per IS 14862: 2000 (non-asbestos) building boards, fixed to timber/GI /Aluminium framework with screw in ceilings flat or sloping complete all as specified as directed.

Dismantling wooden fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sqcm in section in unframed works, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for structural timbers of group B, first or second choice as per IS 3629: 1986 in fillets, square, rectangular, triangular in section, bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face, clean sawn, secured with screws, cross sectional area exceeding 6 sqcm but not exceeding 13 sqcm complete all as specified & as directed.
