Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 per cent of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the cent.

Removal of unserviseable soil including excavation, loading and disposel up to 1000m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid seperately clause 303.5.2 as per technical specefication Clause 302.3.11

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 5% of mix and filler, transporting to hot mix to worksite, laying with a hydraustatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth whelled vibratory roller to acheive the desired compaction as per MORTH, Cl no 509 complete in all respect.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminou macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminou binder @4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hotmix to worksite, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem 507 rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl.no.507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Granular Sub-Base with coarse Graded Materials (Table :- 400-2) (Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator, complete as per cl.401( with an initial lead of 5 km) For Grading -II materials

Water Bound Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thinness, hand pacing, rolling with vibotory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding Material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density. (With an initial lead of 5 km.) (iii) WBM, Grading - III

Dismantling of cement concrete pavemant by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock pilling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m,stacking serviceable and unserviceables separately.

Raising & Construction RCC Road Side Drain Cum Foot Path : Dismanttling of existing Structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structurecomprising of masonry,cement concrete, wood work, steel work,including T&P and scaffolding where necessary, sorting the dismantled mterial, disposal of unserviceable material and staking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000mas per Technical SpecificationClause 202 c) Reinforced Cement Concrete

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mixer (Pug Mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achive the desired density including lighting, barricading and maitenance of diversion, etc as per tables 400.11& 400.12 and technical specification clause 405. By mechanical Means with 1 Km lead.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade .Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
