Achieved a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 400.06Lakhs in at least two financial years. The tenderer should submit VAT/GST certificates to confirm the Annual turnover. The certificate should be duly certified by the Chartered Accountant in the turnover format. (Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited)
