Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the space between the building and side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge. As per S.I. No. 251.

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C. M (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joint cost of screening materials ranking out joint to 15 mm depth curing taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballast sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I.No. 273

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and C/sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and Tools and Plants etc. required for proper completion of work. 303

12 mm thick 1:2:4 cement conc. Flooring with cemnet, approved coarse and 2 cm. Graded approved stone balast laid in planels finished with 3 mm (1/8") floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specific over and iremoving any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any giving them of all materials, labours, T& P etc. required for proper completion of the work. colour washing two coat , using approved colouring matrials of buff , blue gray or brown sheds including supply of all matrials labour & T & P etc. requreds for proper copmletion of the work.

Supply and fixing doors commercial quilty conforming to I.S 2202 part 1 including fixing of wooden cleats and stopper and including fixing and adjuesment of hinges bolts locks handles spring fiting with necessary screwa to be suppled departmentlly (40 mm thik)
