Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level and removing the demolished material to a distance exc 500 m but not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in layer of cement mortar for 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40mm graded Stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in alternate panel of floor finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Endora designer tiles of any color 300x300x12mm thick size and shape with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed on neat cement slurrry as in floors complete all as specified and directed Make: DUROTA/JOHNSON

M&L for 10mm thick joint less vitrified ceramic tiles (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above here-in-before but as in skirting/dado including jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles including 10mm thick cement plaster1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2 mm thick PVC tiles /sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors including all cutting and waste and work in all position complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre ,pulp ,insulation etc ) or insulation boards /slabs/ blankets any thickness including wall paneling cover fillets or aluminium grid frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16mm thick Armstrong SCALA RH-70 Ceiling board with approved pattern(Make- Armstrong) 600x600mm size fixed over and including pre powder coated GI frame with suspension system (Grid) comprising of T section 25mmx32.5mmx1.6mm size as main runners and wall angle to placed along the wall at desired level of the False ceiling 4mm dia GI suspender of suitable size and dash fastners to be provided at desired distance and making good the dismantling portion complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fare face of brick/stone masonry walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick/concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of New plastered or unplastred surfaces of any description and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass pane(any thickness),size,quality or description from wooden frames or steel,concrete or brick sorrounds glazed with putty or fixed with beads etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of external walls and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Asian (apex) or equallant M/S Bergar or M/s ICI as approved by GE.

S&F in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.50mm nominal dia of wire and avarage width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples including fixed in repairs complete.

M&L for non skid joint free colour ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square /Rectangular),area of each tiles exc 0.18Sqm but n.exc 0.38Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 10mm thick rendering cm 1:4 for back coat all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape , drilled and counter sunk for screw , including bending and welding angles as necessary , gusset plates, riveting , etc such as purlin, rafters, post,door frame etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwss complete as specified and directed.

Anti termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole,at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45degree and replugging them with cement mortor1:2 (1cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion(in oil or kerosene based solution )@0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of bird protection ceiling in hanger by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove smoke soot, loose particles, removing dead birds, bird beat etc including wash with water and air vacuum cleaner complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick tinted glass fixed with necessary rubber gasket and match with existing complete all as specified and directed.
