A) Removal of following existing unserviceable steel components of various MES F/DB/FD/TP/MAP furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueing, providing hinges,denting, placing everypart in-tact , as applicable as per drgs B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE (MIS) Mhow including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Table Office Officer Steel : (FD-84/1003)

a) Legs, as per drg

b) Replacement of lock of drawer as per drg (Make-LICO/RINAA/Harrison )

c) Repairs to Drawer/shutter including tinkering/denting, welding, etc. all as shown, as specified & as directed

d) Stiffeners as per drg

e) PVC Shoes std quality all as per drg

f) Welding the joints of legs / square tube as per drg

g) 18mm thick Post forming top(PFT) exterior grade ( Make-Century/Greenply/Action tesa) shall be provided on top of table complete.Rest all as per drg

Almirah Large Steel :(FD-67/1031/TP/MAP)

a) Brass lever locks (Make-LICO/Rina/Nova/Harrison) rest as per drg

b) CP Handle as per drg

d) Repairs to door as specified including replacement of hinges

e) Repair to existing shelf including welding as per drg

f) Replacement of shutter as per drg with two coat spray painting to match the body

g) replacement of looking mirror 5 mm thick (Modiguard/Saintgobin) rest as per drg

Almirah Medium / Small Steel/glazed door (FD-1032/FD-104 (m)

c) 10 mm thick MS bar welded to each leg and one centre stiffner provided including weldging works wherever required complete as directed by EIC

Table 3x2 with and w/o drawer (FD-1007/1008)

a) Welding wherever required as directed by E-in-Incharge

b) 18mm thick Post forming top(PFT) exterior grade ( Make-Century/Greenply/Action tesa) shall be provided on top of table complete.Rest all as per drg

c) Repairs to Drawer include tinkering/denting, painting, welding, etc. all as shown, as specified & as directed

Chair Verandah : (FD-19, FD-256, FD-359/MAP/11/MAP-11/15

a) S& F new Legs , each one piece made of MS conduit pipe 16G, 19mm dia including painting with two coats of synthetic white enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per drg.

b) Welding joints of leg of 19/20mm MS tube & other joints as per drg as directed by EIC

c) Hard rubber shoes as per drg

d) Painting to the entire frame including removing old unserviceable cane from chair verandah & recaning the chairs etc with approved new plastic cane 4 mm wide half round as per Matt Pattern all as specified(colour of cane shall approved by EIC/GE)

(e) Stiffner of size 12 mm square pipe 18G x 16" with appropriate MS plate shall be welded below the seat of chairs for extra support to seat all as directed by EIC

f) S&F PVC seat and Back as per drg (make-AMKO/COMFO/Classic/HARMONY)

Rack steel Adj 3/6 tier (FD-106)

a) Welding wherever requiredas directed by E-in-Incharge

b) Repairs to shelves include tinkering/denting, welding, etc. all as shown, as specified & as directed

Locker Steel (FD-1029/257)

(a) CP handels as per drg

(b) S/S Hasp & Staple , rest as per drg

(c) Repairs to door/sides including replacement of hinges

Bed hard for JCO/Ors (CWE/M/TD/05/07/MAP-II/01)

a) 12 mm thick plywood top BWR grade (make-Century ply/greenply/archidply) as per existing shape and size with 8 Nos shunken nut/bolts ,appropriate hole shall be made with elecrtic drill machine complete rest all as drg and as directed

b) Hard rubber shoe std quality as per drg

Bed Hard officer (FD/E6/MAP/ 8 (R)/TP)

a) 12 mm thick plywood top BWR grade (make-Century ply/greenply/archidply) as per existing shape and size with 8 Nos shunken nut/bolts ,appropriate hole shall be made with elecrtic drill machine complete rest all as drg and as directed

b) Hard rubber shoe std quality as per drg

c) replace particle board of head rest/Foot rest exterior grade with PVC edging complete as per drg.

Chair writing (FD/E6/MAP/12)

(a) Taking out old/unserviciable seat and supply & fixed new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with acrylic/poly propylene fabric( range not less than 300/RM) and mouled polyurethene foam 50 mm thick and 50 density with PVC lipping all round complete all as shown on drawing.

(b) All as above but unserviciable back complete.

(c) Taking out old broken/unserviciable arm rest of chair writing steel & supply & fixing new PU arm rest as per drg

(d) Preparation of old painted surface by scraping & rubbing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black) to MS tubular frame of chair writing steel.

(e) Taking out unserviceable/broken frame and S&F new frame as per drg duly painted as per drg and as directed by EIC

Table centre two tier (CWE/M/F/29/95)

a) 18mm thick Post forming top(PFT) exterior grade ( Make-Century/Greenply/Action tesa) shall be provided on top of table complete.Rest all as per drg

b) Hard rubber shoe std quality as per drg

Chair computer (FD/E6/MAP/01 CWE/M/F/02/02)

(a) supply & fixed new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with fabric polyproplene /acrelic (range of fabrics not less than Rs 300/ Rm)and mouled polyurethene foam 40 Density with PVC lipping all round complete all as shown on drawing.

(b) All as above but back complete.

(c) supply & fixing new arm rest made of polyurethene as per drg

(d) complete pedestle assy as per complete all as per drg and directed.

(e) supplying and fixing new twin wheel castors of required dia complete all as directed.

(f) supply & fix new chrome free cylinder tube shall be fixed complete all as per drg and directed.

(g) Taking out old/un serviceable shifting locking lever assembely and Supply & fix new as shown in drawing complete all as directed.

Table computer (FD/E6/MAP/03 & CWE/M/F/01/02)

a) 18mm thick Post forming top(PFT) exterior grade ( Make-Century/Greenply/Action tesa) shall be provided on top of table complete.Rest all as per drg

(b) Removing of old broken drawer with telescopic channel from existing table computer and providing new drawer 75mm deep made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol fomaldehyde synthetic resin, exterior grade, one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side alongwith Telescopic channel of required shape and size complete all as directed.

(c) Removing of old broken key board tray with telescopic channels from existing computer table and providing new key board tray of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol fomaldehyde synthetic resin, exterior grade, one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with including teak wood beading of 4mm x 18mm size fixed with Fevicol and Panel Pin and duly given a coat of high glossy french polish matching to existing surfaces alongwith Telescopic channel of required shape and size complete all as directed.

(d) Removing of old broken mouse tray with telescopic channel from existing table computer and providing new mouse tray made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol fomaldehyde synthetic resin, exterior grade, one side with approved shade and balancing with including teak wood beading of 4mm x 18mm size fixed with Fevicol and Panel Pin and duly given a coat of high glossy french polish matching to existing surfaces lamination on other side alongwith Telescopic channel of required shape and size complete all as directed.

e) sides of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board rest all as per drg

f) one coat synthetic enamel paint first quality brush painting to table computer complete all as directed by EIC

Bed Stead Fowler (HFD-2002)

(a) Taking down old unserviceable castors and S&F new castors of 100mm dia with brakes on opposite corners as per drg

(b) Taking down unserviceable head end bow and S&F both side prelaminated partical board of 18/19mm thickness in head end and bow as per drg

(c) Taking down old unserviceable foot end bow S&F both side prelaminated partical board of 18/19mm thickness in foot end and bow as per drg

(d) Taking down old unserviceable crank and S&F new crank mechanism handle wound with two seperate screws to maneuver the back rest and knee rest as per drg

(e) Material and labour for adjustment of Trendelenberg/reverse trendelenberg on gas spring .

(f) Taking down old unserviceable handle and S&F new MS handle as per drg.

Chair invalid wheeling (HFD-2011)

(a) Taking down old unserviceable castors and S&F new castors front 200mm dia swivel castors as per drg.

(b) Taking down old unserviceable tyres and S&F new rear tyres solid puncture proof rubber tyres of 650 mm dia wheels fitted with self propelling loops and brake arrangement as per drg.

(c) Taking down old unserviceable foot rest and S&F new aluminium adjustable foot rest as per drg.

(d) Taking down old unserviceable seat of chair invalid wheel and S&F new seat as per drg , best quality exactly shall be as per the sample approved including U foam cushion of 3" thick 32 density covered with leatherite rexin as approved , complete all as specified and directed

(e) Taking down old unserviceable back of chair invalid wheel and S&F with new seat as per drg , best quality exactly shall be as per the sample approved including U foam cushion of 2" thick 32 density covered with leatherite rexin as approved , complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Taking down old unserviceable rubber shoe of handle and S&F new rubber shoe for handle as per drg.

Examination Couch (FD-122)

Taking down old unservicebale foam cushion including rexine and S & F new cushion with back ply 12 mm thick of size 1800 mm x 900 x 100 mm thick of 40 density. Make : Sleepwell / Kurl-on / Godrej duly covered with rexine and stiched smotthly compelete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stool Steel with back rest (HFD-2008)

(a) Taking down old rubber shoes and S&F new rubber shoes as per drg.

(b) Taking down old unserviceable stool steel with back rest and S&F with new seat as per drg, best quality exactly shall be as per the sample approved including U foam cushion of 3" thick 32 density covered with leatherite rexin as approved , complete all as specified and directed.

A) M&L for painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint of contrast colour / Hammertone finish or approved shade as directed both internally & externally through spray gun machine to the following furniture articles after preparation of surfaces as reqd. All are of MES pattern viz F/FD/DB/MAP series or Similar items including removing of dents, applying putty to level the surface before painting, all as specified and shown on drgs and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/Md accns of GE(MIS) Mhow including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
