Supply , install, testing and commissioning of 11kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty 3 way Ring main unit with Bus metering Module fully motorized in combination of 3 nos. VCB module, consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm with manometer fixed, with series trip, self-powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) in each VCB feeder. Suitable CT for Protection to be provided with each VCB Feeder. The Breaker shall have mechanical ON /OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO +2NC. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100, IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEC-60694-1996. The RMU should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFL classification for gas tank . The complete RMU along cable chamber to put to an outdoor enclosure to have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and VI of VCB should be RMU Manufacturer’s own make. Each feeder of should have voltage presence indicator. All the type test certificated as per IEC from Third party lab to be submitted. RMU Should have followings (a) to (k):- Note:- Rate of civil work or any other equipment / component if required for functioning of item deems to be included in the above rates.

(a) One microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder.

(b) Three Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 40/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB for each VCB module.

(c) Three Metering CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 40/1A, Class of Accuracy class 0.5 for Metering purpose for each VCB Module.

(d) One Manometer for each tank

(e) One Voltage passage indicator for each feeder.

(f) Three Single phase cast resin potential transformer ratio 11kV/110V, 50VA, accuracy class 0.5

(g) One Trivectormeter of Class 0.5 Accuracy

(h) One Auxiliary Transformer of 250 VA, 11KV/230V for local power supply for battery charging, lights etc.

(j) One set of Battery and Charger set (2X12V DC) for motorized operation

(k) Right angle boots for all the feeder modules

Supply, laying and testing cable HT XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable ,pole foundation,stay,laying of pipe etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable,complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.
