Repairing and Improvement of Work for 33KV Line Gulababdi to Galsahid, District-Moradabad.

Note :- Except centralised materials, all required decentralised materials shall be provided by contractor as per RESPO NORMS with approved GTP/DI. Carriage/ Loading & Unloading of Material from any Store Centre under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material, to site. (For S.no-1.01 to 1.02) 1.01- 09 Mtr. STP, SP-33 Pole

3x300 / 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable (33KV & 11KV)

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support and Erection of support in the pit, after fixing stone pad including providing of stone pad size 300x300x75mm as per Respo Norms. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as fabrication work if required. 2.01- Cable Riser both side on STP Pole 09Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

Providing of Earthing of supports with M.S. earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S.Rod 3.0M apart from suppor and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting belowl the earth electrodes with the help of G.I.wire No.8SWG and including providing & fixing of earthing lugs. Every support & Matelic parts shall be be earth. Respo Drawing no.-DD&SO-27 3.01- Cable Riser both side on STP Pole 09Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

The work includes carriage and handling of required accessories, from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.5mtr, from M.S.Angle 65x65x6mm/ 50x50x6mm, E-bracket, Disc insulator, top channel 125x65mm, 3200mm, T-off 125x65mm 1600mm, 33KV Disc fitting, 33 KV pin insulator, 33KV Pin etc including providing of E-brackets, required clamps, Nut & bolts as per Respo Norms/ as per schedule with required accessories. Providing as per Respo Drawing No.-DD&SO-20 Cross arm clamp, F-Clamp, Top Channel clamp, made of M.S flate of size 75x10mm, Bracing clamp made of M.S flate of size 65x8mm with Providing of X-bracing 4.5Mtr (M.S Angle 65x65x6mm, Top channel 125x65x6mm 3200mm long, Dropper channel 100x50x6mm 3200mm, T-Off 125x65, 1600mm, E-bracket and other requirement material. 4.01- Cable Riser both side on STP Pole 09Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

Grouting of supports in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40mm brick ballast). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grit) with muffing as per Respo Norms including providing of requried material. Providing of Ston Pad 300x300x75mm, Work includes back filling and proper ramming. 5.01- Cable Riser both side on STP Pole 09Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

Providing of Stay rod (20x1800mm) with 7/8SWG (10Kg stay wire) and Grouting of stay rods(20x1800)mm including all work of excavation of earth 600x600x1300mm as per Respo Drawing DD&SO-31 & concreating in size (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per respo norms including providing of requried material. Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per respo norms, including fixing of Stay Insulators of 33KV including providing of stay insulator and stay clamps, nut & bolts, etc. As per Respo Drawing DD&SO-31

Providing of P.G.Clamps of proper sizes at all section poles, suitable for Dog Conductor as per respo norms. 08.01- Sectional Double Pole

Providing of danger board at each location as per specification of the respo norms.

Fixing of danger board at each location as per specification of the respo norms.

Providing of Number Plate at each location as per specification of the respo norms.

Fixing of Number Plate at each location as per specification of the respo norms.

Providing of barbed wire on 33KV SP-72/SP-55 ST Poles/PCC Poles, as anti-climbing device.

Wrapping of barbed wire on 33KV SP-72/SP-55 ST Poles/PCC Poles, as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing & fixing of lower end & upper end clamps, made of M.S.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts & bolts as per respo norms.

Painting of following supports/structures of 33KVLine, with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint after one coat of ready mix primer, including provididng of all material (red oxicide and Aluminium paint), as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work . (For S. No-15.01 to 15.10) 15.01- Cable Riser both side on STP Pole 09Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

Digging of trench size 1050x450mm and Safely laying of 01No., 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in cable trench between one Double pole to other side of Double Pole as per norms.

Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 01 Nos 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minimum 18No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and tap of including providing &filling River Sand inside the Bricks.

Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

Providing 150mm dia 3Mtr long G.I.Pipe with requried clamp over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE cable.

Fixing 150mm dia 3Mtr long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE cable before mounting the 4Nos. cable on double pole. Work includes fixing of clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm as per respo norms.

Providing & Making of 33KV 3x300sqmm outdoor type heat shrinkable XLPE Cable jointing Kits and crimping of proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc. as per specifications.

Laying of 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable in the air and mounting and clamping 4Nos.33KV XLPE boxes on double pole structure and making connection with 33KV overhead lines at both ends.

Providing & Fixing of "cable route marker" along the route of 33KV cable at both ends of railway crossing/Road crossing/Line crossing.

Providing of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN160mm for cable laying.

Laying of 33KV 3x300sqmm cable in HDPE pipe (Pipe to be laid by HDD mathod) in single layer.

Providing & Fixing of droper channel 100x50x6mm, 3200mm long with 02 no. clamp, nut & bolt.

Laying of 3x300sq.mm XLPE cable Single layer in G.I Pipe above (6 inch dia & 3mm thickness), Flyover Bridge underneath, Street road with cover of G.I pipe to be covered with cement concreate 1:4:8 ratio & Providing G.I Pipe 6"dia.

Supply & Making of line isolator of all requirement material as M.S Channel 125x65x6, M.S Angle 65x65x6, Line Isolator, Grouting of all 02 no. isolator structure with all fixing clamp of isolator.

Providing & fixing of G.I Angle 75x75x6mm, 3200mm long for cable G.I pipe 150mm dia 3mm thick, nut, bolt & washer.
