Dismantling mid steel work of any description

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

Dismantling Asbestos cement (Corrugated, semicororrugated , etc) sheets in roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wallls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water, etc.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortr 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and Labour for Cement cocrete in surface channels and drains 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Material and Labour for providing pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 as in cover slabs

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required , including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9nn dia or securing with clips

S&F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding fixed to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L hardcore of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface .

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate ) 40mm thick as in floor , etc finishing cement concrete surface eve and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade "B"

M & L for Machine Pressed Precast rubbermoulded concrete interlocking Paver Block any shape, size,colour or design, confirming to 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-30 Grade including M -sand filling under paver block including watering,consolidation nd leveling in layers n exc 25cm thick and all as specified and directed .

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx25mm thick , with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed or beding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

M & L for brickwork with subclass Flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 as in man holes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 610 mm dia CONSEC-ZAL Super Razor punched Barb Tape (SRBT) Aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications :- (i) Dia of coil (unstretched) - 610 mm (ii) No. of circles - 51 turn per coil.(iii) Weight of each coil with hessain pack - 8.50 Kg ( + 0.50Kg ) (iv) Coverage per coil - 8 RM (v) Central core wire - Made from 2.60 mm dia GI - HTSS wire as per IS- 4454 galvanised as per IS -2629 .(vi) Razor punched strip Razer punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm/Sqm conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treated of Epoxy/Polyurethane and final paint top coat of Caulified green shade ( BSL -139 ) by Hot Dipping process .Note :- Running length of the wall shall be measured for the payment purpose.

S & F chain link galvanized steel wire4mm dia made of galvanized wire fencing including line wire of mesh size 75x75 mm diamond square type and type of stranded rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as per IS:2721:1979 and fixing mild steel to angle iron fencing posts all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel, RCC) any section posts embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc , including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type

S & F mild steel work as in angle iron , Tee etc as in posts & strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0

Supply and Fix mild steel in framed work such as grills gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes ;framed guard bars;barred iron doors;ladders framed ballusters walk ways railings and similar work confrming to Fe 290.Gde E-165

Supply & Fix in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with the provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

All as per item No. 31 Above but fixing only. Note : Retrieved old barbed wire from item No. 31 shall be re-used.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block fixing of angle in Brick wall.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girh not otherwise described.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint to newly plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of chalk whiting primer including preparation of surfaces.

M&L for PCC 1: 3: 6 type CI (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping

Supply and Fix in repairs 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints laid in wall, floor, etc

Removing off demolished building material out side the campus including loading and unloading etc., to a distance exc 5.0 Km but not exc 10.0 Km out side the MD land. Note: Responsibility of getting permission from concerned authority for disposal off and place of depositing the debris outside MD land rests with contractor under his own arrangements.
