Supply and fix for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for virified ceramic tiles (dark shade) 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 to recieve tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for virified ceramic tiles (dark shade) 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 to recieve tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 20mm graded stone agg finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection.

Material and labour for 100mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavings /floorings and similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cills, dado, skirting etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for green marble 18-20mm thick as in (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in CM 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match including 20 mm thick screed /backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in flooring, laid over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado, window cills, and pillar etc., laid over and incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick as in floors and similar works over 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl cutting, polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick as in skirting/dado and similar works over 10mm thick screed /backing coat in CM 1:3, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match incl cutting, polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for exterior grade fibre reinforced heavy duty cement concrete designer tiles 23+2mm thick layer colour pigment as per 15 1237-1980 (Reaffaired in 2006) design as CHITRA type over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 35mm thick second class HW, glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauge (without sash bar) edges of forming plain chamfered orrounded fitted with cut and mitred bead for securing glass / gauge etc., size of shutter as per SSR part-1 section 8 clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC sheet used 5mm thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90o) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading panelling of wood grain printed PVC sheets to be fitted in the MS frame welded sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling, fixing in the frame at the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
