Dismantling & removing old grading plaster from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering & removing debris with in 50. m Lead. including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep & removing the debris with in 50. m Lead.including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

12 mm thick Cement Plaster(1:6) for brick work including all costs of labour etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

20 mm thick Cement Plaster(1:4) including watering curing with cost conveyance & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges.

PCC (1:2:4)in foundation/floor bed concrete using 12 mm size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fly Ash Brick Masonary of size (25 x 12 x 8)mm in CM(1:6) in S/S including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing Sika water proofing treatment of 3 mm thick glass fiber reinforcement APP membrame (sika WP shield 102 F )over one coat of sika wp shield APP primer including heating charges with cost of gas and hire charges of heating torch etcIncluding cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and applying of post construction Anti termite by drilling 12 mm dia holes at a distance of 30 cm and junction of about 300 apart and deep enough to reach the soil below and chemical emulsion floor surface and wall surface with Bayer make (PREMISES,IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5 SC of Bayer makemixed with 475 liter water)pumped these holes to soakthe soil@ 1 liter solution of each hole as per manufacturer and the holes should beplugged with filling materials ibncluding cost and conveyance of all materials labour T& P hire charges of drilling machine etc all complete as par direction of Engg incharge.

Applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint with putty after scraping and cleaning the old wall & ceiling surface including cost & conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush & scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Dismantling & removing doors, windows, & ventilator including removal of frame, hinges, fastening & stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris with in 50. m Lead.with cost, conveyance of all materials and cost off all labours T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of engg in charge.
