B/R MAINT OF PBOR MD ACCN IN AKHNOOR MIL STN UNDER GE (S) AKHNOOR.

M&L for Sunken treatment as follows : (a) Demolition for cement concrete exc 15cm thickness but above ground floor as sunken floor , complete all as specified and as directed . “(b) All pipe passing through the wall of sunken floor shall be laid before the water proofing treatment is carried out and one number 50mm bore 500mm long medium grade 50mm GI pipe spout with SS wire gauge on inside mouth shall be provided. (c) Rendering of uneven surface with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with IWPC to make it even. (d) All junction of side wall where pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (e) After cleaing apply three coat of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturer instruction to bottom and vertical sides upto skirting height of the floors, proportion & applications as per manufacturer instruction. (f) The water proofed area shall be tested by filling water for at least 03 days. In case any leakage is noticed water proofing treatment shall be re-done and re-tested. (g) The sunken floor and sides of wall upto skirting height shall be plastered with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with IWPC @ 3% by weight including rounding at corner and junction sloping towards spout. (h) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 all around.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing the surface even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggte) as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub floor surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, edgeless , area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match shade, pattern, laying etc. of tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4, as directed at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to8 mm thick, edgeless , area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4, as directed at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors over and including ramming of old surface and side filling, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying factory made cement concrete tiles of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern , 22 to 25mm thickness & 300x300mm size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern and filling the joints using white cement and pigments and cutting of tiles as required size and pattern finishing and sweeping, including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
