M&L applying two coats of water proofing coating by using super latex manufactured by pidilite industries ltd or equivalent product manufactured by Sika/ Fosroc/ Choksey chemical and cement ratio (1:4:7) or as per manufacturer's instruction suitable for sunken floor and wall complete all as directed.

Dismantling, removing all unsound concrete, plastered material by chipping/chiseling gently at all effected and adjoining areas of concrete etc till sound surface is reached at various locations in building (G+5) by providing necessary scaffolding work and subsequently cleaning the surfaces by wire brush and air blower and removing rubbish off the premises and disposing at the dumping site approved by local authorities complete all as directed.

M&L for providing and applying a flexible expansion joint membrane minimum 150mm wide and 1mm thick, expoband one (Expoband H45) of Fosroc or equivalent over the prepared joint using a two part epoxy adhesive nitobond PC 40 of Fosroc or equivalent. The minimum tensile strength of the membrane should be more than 12 N/mm2 and elongation at break should be more than 400%. The installation of the membrane should be carried out as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for drilling suitable holes in RCC slab/wall/column/beams to a depth as directed for anchoring steel reinforcement bars including washing with water, inserting lokfix ‘E’ of Fosroc or equivalent in the holes at various locations in G+5 building complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed. Note:- The reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cleaning the exposed reinforcement bars thoroughly with wire brushes and emery cloth and application of alkaline rust remover Sika rust off 100 (Sika)/Reebaklens RR of Fosroc and application of two coats of anti corrosive epoxy Zinc rich Friazinc R (SIKA) or equivalent product like NITOZINC primer of Fosroc on rebars to passivate the corrosion activity complete all as per manufacture’s direction and as specified at various locations in G+5 building. (Note:- The complete surface area of length of rusted reinforcement bar shall be measured and paid irrespective of the degree of rusting of the bar.)

M&L for applying a bond coat of epoxy resin based Sikadur-32 LP (SIKA) or equivalent product like NITO Bond EP of FOSROC or Dr Fixit adhesive @ 0.40 liter per sqm on the cleaned concrete or plastered surfaces by brushes at various locations in G+5 building complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying a two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar Fosroc Renderoc S2 or equivalent product of SIKA upto a thickness of 15mm over a coat of epoxy resin bonding agent Nitobond EP. The cured mortar shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 12N/mm2 in 1 day & 45 N/mm2 in 28 days with Flexural strength 8N/mm2 in 28 days. Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. In addition to this percentage of water absorption should be 0.45 after 24hrs in immersion test at various locations in G+5 building complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed.[Note: The testing charges of Accelerated electro chemical chloride ion diffusion test shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted]

M&L for supply, mixing and placement of Micro-concrete cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of Sika Rep Microcrete-4 or renderoc-RG of Fosroc in required thickness as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed. Compressive strength (ASTM C109,7cm cube) of 35MPa at 28 Days, including application of curing compound concure WB manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent at various locations in G+5 building including necessary form work complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting epoxy grout through 8 mm MS Nozzles using low Viscosity injection resin, Sikadur 53 UF (SIKA) or CONbextra EP-10 of Fosroc, two part, solvent free, low Viscosity, moisture insensitive, injection liquid with a positive displacement grout pump and grouting to be started from lowest level and to proceed towards upper level and to be continued at any Nozzle till refusal/ till oozes out from adjacent nozzle or same nozzle. All nozzles shall be removed after 01 day of completion of grouting and hole point shall be repaired by Nitobond PC40 of Fosroc at various locations in G+5 building complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed.

M&L for providing grouting in RCC walls and slabs by drilling holes @300mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia, for injecting cement slurry admixed with non shrink admixture using fosroc CEBAX 100 @ 225 gms per bag of cement or equivalent product till the refusal of injected grout material (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4Kg per sq cm) followed by cutting the exposed nozzle so as to make the wall/slab free from the grouting pipes and to seal the gap with polymer modified mortar as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge complete.

M&L for filling the gap between pipe and concrete/brick surface to arrest seepage through pipe penetration points using free flow, ready to use, Sika Rep Microcrete 4 (SIKA)/Renderoc RG of Fosroc or equivalent and sealing the mouth of annual gap in 10 mm x 10 mm with moisture insensitive, two component, epoxy based Sikagard 694FI of Sika or Nitobond PC-40 of Fosroc as gasket and making good surface to match existing surrounding surface at various locations in G+5 building complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed.

M&L for substrate preparation by removing all existing loose materials and layers, all dust and dirt particles, preparing and cleaning the concrete surface, repairing cracks with polymer modified mortar and making a coving of 75 mm x 75 mm at the parapet wall and concrete roof junction using polymer modified concrete, cement, sand and 6 mm size aggregate in 1:2:4 mix duly admixed with Sika Raintite L (SIKA)/NITOBOND SBR latex of Fosroc chemicals (10% weight of cement) on a primer coat of Sika Raintite L (1 part ST RI :2 part cement) or equivalent of Fosroc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and applying three coats of brushbond roofguard manufactured by fosroc or equivalent product of SIKA, single component acrylic polymer modified reinforced high build water proofing compound after priming on the roofs, to get a minimum dry thickness of 1mm as per manufacturers specification. No toping required over the grading. The cured membrane should exhibit the tensile strength of 1.1 Mpa as per ASTM D412 with elongation 100% as ASTM D12, with very low penetration to rapid chloride as per ASTM C 1202-03, with pull off adhesion 0.92 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing mixing and applying two coats of brushbond RFX(Fosroc) of acrylic polymer modified cementations waterproof coating, supplied as a liquid polymer component and a cementicious powder component, which shall be mixed as per manufacture's instructions and applied over prepared concrete surface strictly maintaining the coverage specified by the manufacturer. The applied waterproofing coating should have a weight loss of less than 1gm when tested for abrasion resistance according to ASTM-D4060, Pull off adhesion of greater than 1N/mm2 as per ASTM-D4541 and static crack Accommodation of 1mm according to ASTM C-836 complete all as directed. Notes for Ser Item Nos 76 to 89 :- (a) The work under these items shall be got executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer and certificate to this effect shall be produced. (b) The purchase vouchers of all materials involved shall be produced before claiming payment and the materials shall be procured only from authorized dealers of the manufacturers. Payment shall only be released after submission of purchase vouchers.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for frames of doors/windows/ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, including making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of other required fittings etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Notes:- 1. The weight shall be of all aluminum components and fittings except the gaskets. 2. Glazing, wire mesh and paneling to be paid for separately and all other fittings shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.)

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing debris outside premises of building or as directed. (ii) 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using WPC @ 200ML per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instructions, as in leveling course as in roof padding/slope correction layer finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Cleaning of plastered / concrete padding over roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25 liter /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction.

M & L for water proofing treatment to vertical surfaces of parapets, RCC roof slab fascia etc comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing debris outside premises of building or as directed. (ii) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25 liter /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction.

M&L for applying one coat of bitumen based UV reflective and water proofing paint with aluminum finish on APP membrane after preparation of surfaces complete
