Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M, and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundaiton trenches. For Building work only.(including all material,labour,T&P,required for proper completion of work.)

filling of available earth (including royalty) by manual means also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.(including all material,labour,T&P,required for proper completion of work.)

Providing and laying Cement Concrete with 4cm. guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and allaround the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor along externel perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 part II 1981) Chloropyrophos or any other approved material such as Heptachlor or chlordance will be used the rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. (a) Treatment for masonry and foundation 6 liters per Sqm. (b) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/ Sqm (c.) Treatment of top surface of plinth fillings 6 liters/ Sqm. (d) Treatment junction of wall and the floor 7.5 litres/ Sqm. (e) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.50 liter/Sqm. (f) Treatment of soil along under apron along external (including all material,labour,T&P,required for proper completion of work.)

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in plinth band/beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost.(including all material,labour,T&P,required for proper completion of work.)

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.50:3 in lintel sunshade excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing and laying cast cement concrete in door sills,chaukhats,boundry posts,shelves and similar small work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost.(including all material,labour,T&P,required for proper completion of work.)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work including supply of all steel and binding wire(including all material,labour,T&P,required for proper completion of work.)

M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand of 1.75 F.M. mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work(including all material,labour,T&P,required for proper completion of work.)
