Part -B (Work)

Survey including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations (Route length),GPS Survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower(The length of line shall be authenticated by GPS Survey)

Check survey and Peg marking.

Soil Investigation

Cost of Excavation of foundation( Normal and Pile ) pits including all earth work backfilling ramming and leveling etc.

Setting of Anchor Bolts/Stubs of Monopole Tower including all foundation work but excluding cost of Concret, shorting shuttering and installation of reinforcement bars.

Settiing stub including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concreting and excavation of following towers.

Installation of steel re-inforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel re-inforcement bars cutting, bending, placing, binding etc. for DD+6 and Monopole Tower.

Cost of Concreting for Normal Open Cast foundation for DD+6 including cost of cement,sand,stone aggregates dewatering vibrating forming shoring and shutring and curing but excluding cost and insttalation of re-inforcement steel bars.

(i) M 20 Concrete nominal mix 1:1.5:3

(ii) M 10 Concrete nominal 1:3:6

Cost of concreting of Monopole foundation Column/Raft with 1:1.5:3 mix concrete including cost of cement sand, stone, ballast forming, vibrating shoring shuttering and curting but excluding cost and installation of reinforcement bars.

Erection of Superstructure of DD+6 type of tower and their extension including transporting tower part from 400KV Line store Robertsganj to working site and all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator but including fitting of danger plate no. plate ,phase plate fixing and punching of the bolts.

Erection of Monopole tower with the help of Hydraulic crane of suitable capacity (crane including soil dosing, soil ramming and transportation of:

(i) Tension Pole Type- PDT60(60D)BXA 16 Mtrs

Tack welding of all the bolt upto 5 meter with application of Zinc rich Aluminium Paint.

Laying, Tensioning, Stringing, Clamping, Jointing etc complete with twin moose ACSR bundle conductor including hoisting of insulator fitting of all accessories hardware and accessories etc of conductor of all six phases.

Laying, Tensioning, Stringing, Clamping, Jointing etc of earthwire including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories for SWG for 1 Nos. earthwire.

Laying, Tensioning, Stringing, Clamping, Jointing etc of one no. Optical Fiber Ground wire (OPGW) (Stringing of OPGW shall also be inclusive of installation of Joint Boxes, Jointing & splicing work and its entire associated works to complete the job satisfactory).

Installation of FODP

Laying & Installation of Approach Cable and it's hardware set including ties/clips/cleats, conduits, ducts, supports, fittings, accessories etc. and its entire associated works.

Grounding work including earthwork for Pipe type earthing of tower including coke and salt and excluding materials for Pipe type earthing which will be provided by department.

Design of 400KV D/C, Monopole type-various type of tension pole including nuts, bolts, washers & ladder etc and its foundation (design of pole & its foundation duly approved from any of the Govt. approved test lab i.e.CPRI/IIT Mumbai,Delhi,Roorkee

Revetment of tower foundation of Proposed Tower 07 (DD+6) of 400KV D/C Obra-Jaunpur Transmission Line as per drawing and specification duly approved from SE ETC Ghazipur . The job includes the following works :-

Excavation of earth with the help of suitable T&P and labour, watering and ramming of excavated earth.

Concrete with cement, Sand, Stone ( 40mm stone ballast) in ratio 1:4:8 in foundation and under floor including the cost of all material /labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work satisfactorily.

Ist class stone block masonry work for the construction of retaining wall in 1:4 ratio cement and sand including the cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of job satisfactorily.

Concrete in plinth with 20mm stone ballast coarse sand and cement mortar in ratio 4:2:1 including the cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of job satisfactorily.

Earth filling under floor and in area between tower foundation and retaining wall including the cost of soil to be obtained by the contractor from outside including watering, ramming and dressing of earth etc. complete including the cost of earth rayalty, taxes,freight etc and cost of all material ,labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of job satisfactorily.

Cost of pipe for weep hole

PART-C (Shedule Of Pile foundation)

Carrying out static routine vertical load tests as per relevant IS Codes including all arrangements for measuring deflections and submitting reports. This includes making of pile head ready for testing at the desired level, supporting/erection arrangement (including reaction piles/soil/rock anchors, if any) for the kentledge load.

Non destructive integrity testing of cast-in-situ piles as per specifications, and submitting load.

Cement concreting for Pile/RCC work in base footing for the tower foundations including cost of shoring and shuttering including cost of cement

1:1:2 (1 Cement: 1 Coarse sand:2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm Normal size)

1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm Normal size)

Cost of Piling of up to 20 Mtr depth including bulbs up to 1000 mm dia, includes the lowring of Rainforcment, Putting liner & poring of Concret etc.but excluding cost of concret.

PART-D (Dismantle Work)

De-stringing of conductor, De-hoisting of insulator, rolling of dismantle conductor and all associated work of all twelve conductor.

Dismantling of existing Earthwire necessary hardware, Rerolling of earthwire on empty drums of OPGW & safely transportation of all removed material to 400KV Line stores Robertsganj etc

Safely dismantling of 04 Nos. towers at different location (Loc. No. 06,07,39,40) including cutting of tag welded nut & bolts.

Transportation of all dismantled material including shifting up to loading point ,loading into vehicle transpotation unloading and proper stacking at 400KV store in Robertsganj. Distance approx. 50 Km.
