M & L for providing water proofing treatment comprising (a) one coat of primer @ 0.50 ltr /Sqm on prpared surface of plaster (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm including cleaning surfaces. (c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3.00 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric/wt not less than 150gm/sqm and sealing joints by torched application bitumen.
