Dismantling of Mangalore pattern roof tiles including ridge tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for necessary scaffolding upto 30 mtrs and all safety arragement which would be incorporated during execution of work for item no 01 to 27 complete all as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Dismantling of battens for tiles, shingles etc of any size including tilting fillets,spaced exc 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any postion with nails and screws complete all as specfied and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates etc of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq.cm and over in section,in any position, unframed/framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for PCC as in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate at any description on slope of roof, height upto 20 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the item The rate of item shall be inclusive of scaffolding and all necessary safety arragnement.

Material and labour for roof tiles, manglore pattern, interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto- all as per Ser item No 8.00 above but fixing only complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Ridge,hip or in gutter tiles to suit manglore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 2nd class hardwood clean sawn battens at 20 cm centres in sectional area exc 5 Sqcm but n.exc 15 Sqcm complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation making the surface smooth before fixing to position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm thick Second class hard wood boarding in roofs/ facia (designed like existing) planed one side 20mm thick with edges tongued and grooved or rebated fixed with nails or screws in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick in ridge/hips etc of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preperation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of 'Anti rust' paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description and in any position, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description and in any position, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description and in any position, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall below concrete or masonory apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post constructional Antitermite Treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulson at the rate of one litre per hole, 300mm intervals including drilling holes 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors/wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment at the points of contact of woodwork by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 ltr/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150mm C/C & sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application above the boarding of roof to arrest leakage including removal of previous APP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old mangalore tiles and applying two coats of terracotta of maroon colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
