SH-I : SITC of Automatic Sliding Door

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic single leaf Sliding door operator in modular design with 12 mm thick clear toughened glass shutter suitable for clear opening size upto 1820 mm (W) X 2110 mm (H) approx. with required operator motor, UPS, Voltage Stabilizer, control Panel, Trolleys/rollers, main profile, control profile, sensors with automatic operator, microprocessor control panel etc. as per manufacturers standard. Microprocessor control unit should be self learning with adjustable parameters for opening and closing speed, hold open time, opening and closing force, multi sensor detectors, in-built battery backup in controller profile section suitable for operation of 230V ± 5%, 50 Hz, single phase AC power supply. Class of protection shall be IP 67. The frame profile should be separated from the main profile for enabling reduction in vibration and better sound insulation. Glass shutter shall have electromagnetic locking arrangement and manual locking arrangement, soft nose seal on opening edge, brush profile between fixed and sliding glass door panel including providing and fixing MS structure for fixing the operator and necessary altrations in the existing structure if required including dismantling and removal of existing automatic sliding door with all it's accessories etc., and shifting and handing over the same to AAI store etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

SH: II -All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) of Automatic Sliding Doors

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance (AICMC) of 02 Nos. Automatic Sliding Door for Item No. 1 of SH:I installed in ATS Complex including replacement of all Mechanical, Electrical spares and consumables as and when required to keep the system 100% service condition, providing full support during breakdown & trouble shooting, programming, carrying out MONTHLY routine maintenance checks, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practices, recommendations of the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and instructions of Engineer-In-Charge for maintaining the systems. This includes keeping the system in acceptable functional and serviceable state etc. as specified including cost of all spare parts and submission of monthly maintenance service records and Reporting etc., as required.

First Year after Completion of 02 (Two) year DLP (Considered 10% of SITC Cost of item No. 01)

Second Year after DLP (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 1st year AICMC Rate)

Third Year after DLP (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 2nd year AICMC Rate)

Fourth Year after DLP (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 3rd year AICMC Rate)

Fifth Year after DLP (Considered Yearly 5% cumulative enhancement on 4th year AICMC Rate)
