M&L for 02 X coat of spray painting of ceiling fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavities with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm thick using black enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:The cost of disconnecting & taking down fans and refixing after painting is deemed to be including item no.53

Note:- the cost of disconnecting & taking down fans and refixing after painting shall be deemed to be including quoted rate of item no. 56

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing etc and making good, cutting exc 10cm and not exc 20cm girth in brick or stone wall including making same texture of cutting surface as per existing wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down the existing unserviceable GI steel tubing and S&F new 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade with all fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC cable 3 core copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm to water storage type geyser of capacity 25/35/50 ltr including taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed.
