Per Day Round the clock (RTC) Basis for one month. Providing Accommodation & Reception services on RTC basis: (i) Allotment of rooms under infrastructure provided by GCNEP (ii) Reception facilities - Serving water, Tea/ Coffee/ Soft Drink/ Refreshments etc. (iii) Collection of Guest House Room charges & crediting it to specified bank account. (iv) Assistance in payment of monthly cable, phone, electricity, water and municipality bills etc. as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge (EIC). Maintaining the following records: a) Booking request register b) Visitor register c) Occupancy register/ Check-in & Check-out Register d) Key Register e) Record book for monthly cable, phone, electricity, water, municipality etc. bills f) Complaint book g) House Keeping & Janitorial Works Check Lists as per the specified Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly schedules h) House Keeping & Janitorial Works consumables register i) Laundry Register j) Toiletry kit inventory register

Once in A Day for one month: House Keeping & Janitorial Works which consists of Sweeping & Wet Mopping of the entire GCNEP premises including rooms, labs, offices, floors, staircases, corridors, passages, Porta-cabins etc. as per the directions of the EIC. The total area is 40,000 sqm (approx

Once in Two Days for one month: Dusting & cleaning of electrical appliances, PCs, equipment, furniture, racks/ almirah, reception & dining utilities, staircase railing, sidewalls, doors, windows etc. The total area is 10,000 Sqm (approx)

Gents Toilet- 1000 cleaning operations in one Month (GCNEP campus): Cleaning & sanitization of toilets and wash basins using nonabrasive cleaners and disinfectants like Harpic/ Sanifresh or eq. or better; and to provide air freshener and naphthalene balls. Put Hygiene Sanitary Toilet Strips on WC’s. One toilet is having Two WC’s, Three Washbasins & Three Urinals. Cost of one toilet cleaning operation should be given separately.

Ladies Toilet- 700 cleaning operations in one Month (GCNEP campus): Cleaning & sanitization of toilets and wash basins using nonabrasive cleaners and disinfectants like Harpic/ Sanifresh or eq. or better; and to provide air freshener and naphthalene balls. Put Hygiene Sanitary Toilet Strips on WC’s. One toilet is having Two WC’s & Two Washbasins. Cost of one toilet cleaning operation should be given separately.

Put Hygiene Sanitary Toilet Strips on WC’s. One toilet is having one WC & one Washbasin. Cost of one toilet cleaning operation should be given separately.

2000 toilet cleaning operations in One Month (Township buildings & Guest House): Cleaning & sanitization of toilets and wash basins using non-abrasive cleaners and disinfectants like harpic/sanifresh or eq. or better and to provide air freshness and naphthalene balls. Put Hygiene Sanitary Toilet Strips on WC’s. One toilet with attached bathroom is having one WC & one Washbasin. Cost of one toilet cleaning operation should be given separately.

Once in A Day for one month: Providing separate collection and disposal of wet & dry waste at a designated place as per the directions of the EIC.

Once in Two Days for one month: Sweeping of the internal roads including collection of straws, dust/ sand leaves etc. including 1 meter area along either side of the black topping, and disposal of the collected wastes as per the directions of the EIC. Total Area of Road: 60,000 Sqm

Cleaning of the external glass windows, façade glass and other external structural areas of the buildings, as per the directions of the EIC (external ladder/ spider arrangements will be arranged by agency). This item is on-demand basis as per instructions of EIC Total Area: 7000 Sqm

On Demand Basis (As per instructions of EIC): Cleaning of the Central dome glass and associated structural areas of the Central building, as per the directions of the EIC (external ladder/ spider arrangements will be arranged by agency). Total Area: 2400 Sqm

Once in A Day for one month Cleaning of the canopy area at the entrance of the building, as per the directions of the EIC (external ladder/ spider arrangements will be arranged by agency). Total Area: 200 Sqm

Extra man days cost for items no 2 to 11. Extra Man Power may be required as per the directions of the EIC.

Laundry Works (Cleaning/Washing & Ironing) (i) laundry of 120 window Curtains, & 40 floor mat (ii) laundry of 200 double bed sheet, 1500 single bed sheets & 150 double bed quilt covers, 1000 Single bed quilt covers 1600 pillow covers, 1500 bath & 1000 hand towels Note: Quote for Labour Charges only, Washing machine, Washing Powder, Iron and other accessories for Laundry will be provided by the Department.

Dry Cleaning Works- This item is on-demand basis as per instructions of EIC. Quantity may be increased or decreased as per requirements.
