Descaling of condensor with the help of descaling chemical and nylon brush and cleaning of AHU filters blowers etc complete for the satisfaction of the Engr in charge of the following capacity of the AC plants of any make, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

Overhauling of compressor of make ACCEL and model No 2075 including dismantiling and opening of compressor and supply and charging of refrigerent gas and compressor oil machining and carring out mechanical repair work etc. and replacement of wourn out spare parts for smooth functioning of compressor and testing of satisfactor operation, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- 1. The spare parts required for replacement shall be meassured and paid seperately under respective items as supply only 2. Some spare parts which are not mentioned but are required for smooth and proper functioniing operation of compressor are deemed to be included in the unit reate of this item 3. Compressor shall be repaired with in a reasonable time through allowed by engr in charge. 4. Compressor shall be reparied from an authorised mechanical and authoried work shop of the manufacturer of the compressor how ever while undertaking the repair work contractor shall produce the documntation proof in this regard 5. After overhauling of the compressor same shall be tested in case of any shortcoming noticed during testing shame shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost and unit rate of this item include this amount. 6. Charging of refrigerent gas shall be done by other firm as per directions of AGE E/M however the gas shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective item.
