Taking down carefully alluminium / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switchs, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring complete One light / bell / exhaust fan point controlled by one no, 1-way, 5 Amps switch. with single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cables 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, with and incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cables as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaries / fans etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end, complete wiring drawn through & PVC casing and capping of 25 mm and above (as per conductor run ) medium grade, ISI marked, incl all accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl 50 mm deep box made of 2nd class hard wood of suitable size flush with wall surface, covered with & incl 3 mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet / Gang box for top cover suitable for fixing of piano type switches / sockets etc, complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (Note : The cost of wooden box with 3 mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet top cover is deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl one run 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate concealed medium grade, ISI marked, non metallic PVC conduit 15 mm dia size incl all conduit accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of concealed conduit & accessories is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The two run of 4 Sqmm main wire and one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire will be measured as one unit.

All as per srl item no. 32 here-in-before but with two run of 2.5 sq mm FR copper wire with one run 2.5 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth wire.

S&F,casing -capping of size 25 mm medium grade, ISI marked, incl all accessories & fittings fixed on wall or ceiling complete all as specified and as directed (casing - capping 3 metre length each piece ) .

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore (7.5 m long) including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to CBDB’s as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
