Description of work for R&R of damaged Worm wheel assembly at Barot.
Renewal and replacement of damaged cast iron body of worm wheel assembly, which includes fabrication of broken parts, repair and machining of other damaged parts in worm wheel assembly and commissioning at site. (Complete Job)
Improtant Notes:-
Bidders must visit the site at Barot under Shanan Power House Joginder Nagar and see themselves the exact location of damaged worm wheel assembly of 60 MW Inlet Butterfly valve unit in Old reservoir before submitting/uploading of this tender.
The bidder must be fully acquainted himself with the nature and location of work, data related to job, local conditions of site, material to be required and other aspects which are relevant to the completion of work as per requirements.
The bidder must examine all the conditions, information and any other item found damaged/defective related to carry out the completion of whole work, before submission and uploading of the rates on website, so that there is no Dispute for the work, which he may propose at the time of commissioning of this work. No Claim, what so ever, on such account shall be entertained by this office in any circumstances.
The insurance, to & fro transportation charges of material and staff, accommodation, shall be borne by the bidder.
PSPCL will provide Engineering drawing and Damaged sample for moulding. Any other material/drawing required for completion of work shall be arranged by the bidder at his own.
The above equipment is situated in the center of old reservoir (approximately 35ft above the bed of reservoir) at Barot which is at 6000 ft height from sea level. Necessary arrangement for transportation of material & labour, up to the equipment/place of work, will be made by the bidder at his own cost.
Overall lowest bidder will be considered as L-1.
The negotiations if required shall be held with the lowest (L-1) Tenderer only.
GST will be paid extra as per the prevaling rate.
