Labor charge for complete rewinding work of 60 HP 440 volt 3 phase any make horizental submersible motor pump cutting of burnt winding taking out burnt winding wire & stesmelted chips p.v.c. material from slots cleaning decorborizing of complette stator slots rotor etc. making new coils fixing in the stator slots insulation etc. complete i/c soldering, brazing, refitting of rewinding motor alignment and dynamically balance of rotor horizental alignment with pump coupling trial & testing etc. complete.

Providing & fixing complete servicing of pump chamber pulley moment of impeller unit with as per required fitting works.

Providing & fixing impullar unit as per required sample with new S.S. check nut, wiser etc. complete.

Providing & carefulley disconnecting of above motor pump at suction & delivery base plate i/c after repairing work complete alignment pump set connecting delivery and suction with required hardware material labor charge for laoding & unloading site at work shop to site.

Providing & complete repairing of 60 HP ATS starter for 2 nos. set at Juna somwariya pump house i/c labor charge for fitting with burn equipment & changing burn winding & lugs etc. as per required complete work.

Providing and fixing Alpha+ A type ELMEASURE multifunction relay with 80 to 300V AC showing all the parameters like Amp Volt and frequencey

Providing and fixing on delay timer relay for controling motor 0-10 time fraction, 3.5 SMF, 440V installed in starter panel

Providing & fixing of 145-30 or similar contactor in motor starter ATS panel no. 1 of Juna Somwariya water tank. Three contactors have a pole of 3 pole. They also comw tih auxiliary contacts of 2 no. + 2 nc. The contactors category includes all devices that contact or energize electrical conductors, such as swiches, relays and contacts with required wiring and lugs etc.

I/C excavation of pit as per site requirement or cleaning work of chamber and cutting of old rusted nut bolt with by chisel or gas cutter opening refitting of spindle rod, GM check nut gate etc. providing and fixing of new nut bolt with washer gland rope, rubber packing etc. fixture, check nut guide work. Continuous dewatering by pump during the work trial and testing after the completion of work i/c the cost of grease, transportation of the T&P and all labour with risk cover. Complete job work.
