Separate Gas Mixing Station for new Dolomite plant in DSP

• The bidder should have carried out design/ engineering, supply, erection/ supervision of erection, commissioning/ supervision of commissioning of at least one Gas Mixing Station for Blast Furnace gas mixing with Coke Oven/ Coal Bed Methane / propane/ Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) gas having minimum mixed gas flow rate of 2500 Nm3/h in the last 15 years as on the date of NIT.

• Consortium bidding is not allowed

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending March 2023 shall be at least Rs. 2.50 Crore (Rupees Two Crores Fifty Lakhs only).

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the last financial year of the three financial years considered for turnover.

• Bidder to submit the eligibility documents in line with Clause 22.5 of ITB of Section-II of SBD-2020

• No Corporate Insolvency Resolution/Liquidation Process should have commenced in respect of the Bidder under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). A self-declaration in the prescribed format (Annexure-7 of SBD 2020) by the Bidder to this effect shall be submitted.

• In compliance to Restriction under Rule 144 (xi) in the General Finance Rules (GFRs) 2017 of Govt. of India (regarding Country of Bidder sharing a land border with India), the Bidders shall submit certificate/undertaking regarding guidelines given at Annexure-10 of SBD 2020.

• Any subsidiary/ wholly owned subsidiary/ sister concern not fulfilling the eligibility criteria on its own strength but submitting bid furnishing credentials of their parent company and vice versa, will not be considered eligible

• Bidders to submit the Eligibility Document only at the time of BID Submission. No opportunity shall be given to the Bidder to supplement the eligibility documents submitted at the time of bid submission. However, clarifications on the documents submitted by the party, at the first instance, shall be sought.
