Supply erection and commissioning of 04 No of High mast lighting system as per tender schedule at Rajghat HPS

Supply of 12.5 Mtr High Mast lighting system with ring suitable for mounting 08 nos. 250W LED flood light fitting and arrangement for lowering up & down of complete assembly for maintenance and all cable connection etc with integral power tool, having 2 section hot dip galvanized material as per BSEN ISO 1461 thick of 3 mm & 4 mm dia 150 top and 410 Bottom respectively complete with designing & casting of open raft shallow footing foundation with M-20 cement concrete suitable for 12.5 mtrs. The mast shall have lighting protection of GI single spike of designated length at top. The base inside compartment with double internal lock with adequate size of MCB mounted on PVC board complete with base plate of 25mm thick 570mm diameter and foundation bots having 08 nos. Bolts of minimum 30mm/850mm diameter (TS 600) anchor plate 445 PCD including accessories Viz. (1) Lantern Carriage:- Hard dip galvanized material (steel) of 50 OD ERW class B pipe covered with PVC sleeve suitable to carry sustain LOAD AND UPTO 08 fitting symmetrically (2) Cable: - Trailing copper conductor cable of minimum 24Amp. Current carrying capacity, PVC sheathed (Minimum 5 core 2.5 sqmm.) (3) Winch:- Double drum type as per IS:807 having gear ratio suitable to design for optimum mechanical advantage to fit the design load and operated, manual & electrical lubricated both and heavy (SAE/90/140) permanent oil bath arrangement (4) Stainless steel wire ropes:- 02 nos. stainless steel wire ropes minimum 6mm diameter (7/19) oreaing desire load capacity (Grade : as per AISI 316) (5) Integral power tool: - 3-Phase 415 Volt +12.5% having rating of motor suitable to the design with control & torque limiting protection, single speed or various speeds (minimum 1HP 2mtr/min single speed torque limited 750 Kg). (6) Feeder pillar: - Feeder pillar fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet and finished with two codes of red of side premier and gray animal paint and comprise of incoming 32A TPN MCB single dial timer, suitable size of contactors for light and power tool, 2 no. outgoing and reversing switch of motor. (7) Power cable:- A cable size 4X10sqmm. Aluminium conductor armoured cables for power supply and 4X1.5sqmm. Copper conductor armoured cable for motor supply shall be provided from feeder pillar to the base compartment of the highmast. Cable shall be taken to the compartment of the high-mast through the provision made in the foundation. (8) Aviation light: Aviation obstructions light single dome, LED type.
