Providing drinking water kiosk on hire basis along with hiring manpower, accessories etc for arranging of drinking water facility in connection with the international friendly match between India VS Brazil to be held on 03.10.2026 and India VS urugua

Providing Square/rectangular water kiosks on hire basis, complete with chairs, table, dustbin and other necessary accessories, including provision for storage of 20 Litre water jars. The rate shall include all charges for transportation, erection, placement, maintenance and keeping the kiosks clean and hygienic during the period of use, including dismantling and removal of the structures after completion of the work on 03.10.2026 & 06.10.2026 , complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Approx Length 6 ft. x width 6 ft. x height 7ft.) Quantity: i) 32 nos. × 2 Day(02.10.2026 & 03.10.2026) (India VS Brazil to be held on 03.10.2026) ii) 32 nos. × 2 Day(05.10.2026 & 06.10.2026) (India VS uruguay to be held on 06.10.2026)

Hiring charges for 20 Ltr. plastic water jar with required nos dispenser(32 x 3 nos.), including transportation, loading, unloading, and placement at site (complete in all respects), including the cost of packaged drinking water. (Match date 03.10.2026 & 06.10.2026)

Labour charges for distribution of drinking water by engaging labour in temporary basis at individuals kiosk point complete as per direction of EIC.[ For 32 nos. Ramp] + (existing 32 nos @ 1 no person) Labour details- 32 Kiosk X 2 no= 64 Nos for Tier-III and 32 nos existing kiosk x 1 no. = 32 nos for entrance of each ramp = Total 96 nos. Duty includes: 1) Distribution of safe drinking water to the spectators. 2) Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of kiosk area. 3) Assisting in filling of 100/20 ltr. water storage tank 4) Reporting any operational issues to the concerned authority.Complete the job as per direction of EIC. 5) Sweeping and cleaning of water Dispencer area and surrounding premises at Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, including removal, collection and disposal of dirt, dry cup, paper, plastic, waste and other unwanted materials complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [NB :-Due to security restrictions, labourers will be permitted to enter the venue from 10:00 AM onwards. As the match is scheduled to commence at 7:30 PM, the labourers may be required to work up to 12:00 AM to complete the necessary works, including post-match cleaning and scanvanging etc.]

Supply and delivery of Disposable Garbage / Trash Waste Dustbin Bags for use in Government Programme, made of LDPE, black in colour, medium size, dimension 32" × 42", loose pack, open-top type, plain/unprinted, suitable for garbage and waste collection, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Match date 03.10.2026 & 06.10.2026)
