Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine/driven generating set of capacity 62.5 KVA (50 KW) 415 volts 0.8 power factor at NTP, mounted on base plateform with flexible coupling, 1500 RPM alongwith sound proof enclosure (Accousitic Enclosure) designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB(A) at distance of 1mtr. in open free field enviornment as per ISO 8528, GSR 371 (E) dated 17.05.2002 with silencer pipe and silencer muffler covered with asbestos rope 25 mm thick independently supported from engine to outside of power house upto 1 mtr, cold start kitpart 10 specified by ministry of Environment & Forest. The walls of the enclosure are inulated with the fire- retardant & nose absorbent PU Foam as to comply approved CPCB IV+ norms latest as of July 1, 2023, all manufacturers must ashure to CPCB IV + norms. The sale and use of CPCB2 DG sets will be prohibited after July 1, 2024. Designed to significantly lower the levels of harmful pollutants like oxides of nitrogen (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO) , and particulate matter (PM) .CPCB IV + produce approximately 90% less NOx and particulate matter (PM) , thereby reducing greenhouse gas emmission , battery start with suitable size of standard cables for connecting from DG Set to panel board DG Set shall be capable with and including the following :- (A) DIESEL DRIVEN ENGINE :- Diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled (Radiator mounted) closed circuit as per BS -619 or IS-10000/10001 direct injection type with turbo charger. The diesel engine shall be capable of running 24 hour continuously with 10 % over loading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/BS-619. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufactures recommendations mounted on common base plate/form through flexible coupling and Model No.4905GMC11 or equivalent with following accessories :-

(a) Radiator with Fan. (b) Electric starter motor with soft starting system. (c) Electronic Governor (G3 as per ISO 8528 Part V class governor). (d) Battery charging alternator . (e) Dry type Air cleaner with service indicator (f) CRDI System. (g) Lube Oil & Fuel filter. (h) First fill of lube oil & coolant (j) 1x12v DC battery (i) High water temperature (k) Lubricant oil heater to avoid freezing. (l) 24 hours starting equipment comprising with the following:- (i) Battery charging alternator with built in regulator . (ii) Starter motor assy of suitable capacity. (iii) Battery leads (copper stranded cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals. (iv) First filling of engine oil.

(B) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator, suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 rpm 415volt,0.80 PF,50.00Hz Three phase . in SPDP enclosure, self- excited ,self-regulated Brush less, floor mounted. The alternator conforms to IS 4722,BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. (C) DG CONTROL PANEL WITH GENSET CONTROLLER :- The MCP Control Panel is manufactured with 16/18 CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather -proof and long lasting finish .The Control Panel consists of Microprocessor based genset controller, MCCB of suitable rating, Key Switch, Push Button (starter), LED: Battery Charging alternator fail indication, Current Transformer, Instrument Fuse . The genset controller has all the basic safeties and protections. (D) OTHER FITTINGS :- (i) Battery charger :- Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge 12 volts 92 AH batery 01Nos at a time. (ii) Inbuilt fuel tank (156 Ltr approx) of suitable capacity as per manufacturer recommendation mounted on steel frame at suitable height with all connecting pipes and fittings upto fuel pump and over flow pipe from engine to tank including level indicating gauge duly marked and drain valve and air vent plug etc. (E) The DG set (M62.5DR) shall be supplied with :- (i) MCP Control panel with installation charges (ii) Residential Silencer (iii) 01No.12volt battery (105AH) (iv) Battery leads (copper stranded cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals. (v) First Fill of Lube oil & coolant

(F) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing acoustic enclosure suitable for 62.5 KVA capacity diesel generating set as mentioned here in before duly febricated of MS channel and CPRCA sheet 2mm thick having doors ,insultion sides and top by mineral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness acoustic louver/outlet ,ventilation system etc complete as per manufacturer's instruction with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted with wheather proof & anti corroision treatment provided to the entire structure alonwith pure polyester powder coting complete alll as specified and as directed comprising of the following :- (i) Base shall be febricated with MS channel of suitable thickness of ISMC of suitable section all as per manufacturer's recommendation. (ii) Struture shall be febricated by 2mm thick CRCA sheet supported on MS channel /section. (iii) Doors shall be febricated out 3mm thick CRCA sheet air tight with re-openers rubbers gasket & gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks. (iv) Acoustic inulation (sides & top) shall be made sound proofing by using compressed glass fiber minral rock wool slab of denasity 64kg/m² confroming to IS 8183 ,thickness 100 mm covered by fire resistant fiber tissue. (v) Inside cover shall be febricated by 0.6 mm thick perforated sheet sheet duly powder coated. (vi) Inspection port shall be fabricated by aluminium box frame with doubled walled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel.

(vii) Acoustic louvers shall be provided with required sound attenuation and weather protection. (viii) Forced ventillation shall be provided by axial fan ABB make 1440 RPM of suitable capacity exhaust fan of suitable of make :- KEC/GEC/ABB 1440 RPM & shall be disigned in such a way that there are no pockets around eninge .The inside temp shall not rise more than 5-7⁰ C above ambient temperature. (ix) Lighting/wiring shall be provided in flexible conduit & PVC copper condutor concealed and flurescent tube fitting of suitable number to illuminate the cabin properly Note:- (a) The complete generating set inculding engine/alternator shall be factory assambled by manufacturer's or other authorised dealer as approved for assambling the DG Set. (b) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer and cost there of shall be inculded on the prices quoted. (c) Cost of spare parts are not included. (d) Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer's instructions and cost there of shall be included in the price quoted . (G) Foundation :- PCC foundation for DG Set shall be all as per manufacturer's instructions/racommendations or required at site or as directed by Engr-in - Charge. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the lump sum cost of DG set quoted by contractor .

Note:- The engine shall be affixed with label meetion the following requirements ( The label shall be durable and legible ) :- (i) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (ii) Statement that the engine conforms to environment (protection ) Rule 1986. (iii) Type approval certificate number. (iv) Date of manufacture engine. (v) The complete generating set inclusive control panel base frame coupling etc shall be from the Engine & shall be assembled & tested at engine manufacturer's workshop and test certificate shall be provided by contractor.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel or wire armoured ,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of 70sqmm 3½ core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x6mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of galvanized iron earth lead including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 RCC cover made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle and angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and testing on completion all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable/GI tubing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25 cm thick after pipes/cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Dry sand cushioning to underground cables provided with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying th cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of Brick protection for LT cable with sub class "B" bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm with width equal to length, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and commissioning of Silent type Diesel Engine 82.5 KVA (66 KW) ,415 Volts, 0.8 power factor at NTP , 4 cylinder, 4 stroke, liquid cooled(Diesel Engine model V4355G4), turbo charged intercooled, developing 101.3 HP at 1500 RPM. The Diesel Engine conforms to present CPCBIV+ norms alongwith sound proof modular construction enclosure, the walls of enclosure are insulated with fire- retardant & noise absorbent PU foam/ rockwool, design for reducing the sound level of 75dB(A), in open free field environment as per IS 8528, durable inter locking system provide on doors. The sheet metal components are pre- treated and are polyester based powder coated (inside as well as out side) for long life, in build draw in type fuel tank of 169 ltrs capacity.The diesel engine shall be capable of with and including the followings: Note: The rate included for 24 Hrs testing and diesel will be provided by the Department.

(A) Prime Mover The diesel engine shall be capable of running 24 hrs continuosly with 10% over loading for 01 hour in every 12 hrs. (B) Alternator: Alternator of capacity 82.5 KVA suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 rpm, 415 Volts, 0.8pf, 50 Hz, 3 phase in SPDP enclosure, self exited, self- regulated, brush less, floor mounted. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722,, BS EN 60034-1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. (C) DG Control panel with Gen set controller The AMF/MCP control panel is manufactured with 16/18 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather proof and long lasting finish. The Control panel consists of microprocessor based Gen set controller, MCCB of suitable rating , Key switch, push button( Starter) , LED: Battery charging alternator fail indication, current transformer , instrument fuses,. The Gen set controller has all the safeties and protections. Note PCC foundation for DG Set as per manufacture recommendation and as required at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) confirming to IS 14930 Part-I of size 110mm outer dia and 95 mm inner dia all as directed.

Supply, laying , jointing ,testing and commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty with multistranded aluminium conductor 95 Sqm 3.5 core size including taking out unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately .

Meterial and labour for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 with 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations for pole or any other work, complete all as directed

Meterial and labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations for pole or any other work, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for road / path way any type (Concrete) cutting , including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling with broken boulders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx 60cm x 6mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal Ground Level connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 40zmm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to main Panel point all as shown on electrical plate No-03 of SSR Part-1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways , GI funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia, wire mesh, salt and charcoal, protection pipe for earth strip upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR part-II earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.

Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways , GI funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia, wire mesh, salt and charcoal, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR part-II earth lead wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.
