Replacement of 11KV HT Supply OCB type HT Panel and Ring Main Unit Panel with 11KV VCB type HT Panel boards in Computer Sub-Station, Hospital Sub-Station and New Boys Hostel Sub-Station at IIT Delhi.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type floor mounted metal clad, 11 KV VCB type 5 panel board with 5 Nos. VCBs totally enclosed and fully interlocked, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type breaker as per IEC 62271-100/ IS 13118, as amended up to date and additional specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, motorized / manually charged and auto/ manually closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply with Short circuit fault level of 500 MVA (26.30 kA) for 3 sec, Internal Arc Withstand capacity of 26.3 kA for 1 sec, complete with self contained, fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bars of 630 Amps capacity, all the controlling & protection circuits and spring charging motors shall be operated at 220 volts AC, breaker featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, 24 DC shunt trip coil and auxiliary switch of 6 NO + 6 NC ; Panels shall be tested for Seismic zone 4 as per IS1893, and equipped with accessories including connections suitable for 3x400 / 300 / 240 sq mm XLPE 11 KV cable (cable entry from bottom) end termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc. as required including providing suitable size MS channel base frame, one no. earthing truck for complete 5 panel board to isolate cable and bus bar side along with following switchgears:- Note :- The panel shall be fabricated only at the OEM's factory / works as per description of item and approved design of the manufacturer. User may go for stage inspection if required to monitor the progress of panels at OEM’s factory. VCB shall be floor rolling trolley mounted type. Panel shall have IP 4X degree of protection. The test report shall be submitted for the type test and internal arc test for the panels. Cassette type VCB shall not be accepted. Inbuilt Power Pack converter unit ---- 5 Nos. Inbuilt Power Pack converter unit with 220 Volt, AC input and 24Volts DC continuous output suitable for closing / tripping / indication of HT Panel board with 2 Nos. 12 Volts 7 AH SMF batteries, charging unit as per manufacture design.

Dismantling of existing 11KV OCB type 3 / 5 panel board / SF6 type Ring Main Unit including repairing of floor, disconnection of existing HT incoming and outgoing cables of size 3 x 150 sq. mm to 400 sq. mm in each panel, shifting and handing over of the same from Hospital Sub-Station, Computer Sub-Station and New Boys Hostel Sub-Station to Main Sub-Station (approx. 0.5 KM and 1 KM distance) in safe condition etc. complete as required.
