M&L for Repairing of RCC projection chhajjas, roof, facia etc by necessary preparation. Scraping cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC with cement concrete Type A-0 (1:1.5:3) and reinforcement with chicken mesh of weight not more than n.exc 3 kg/Sq.m (if reqd) with or without facia and finished with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches of area n.exc 5 Sq.m and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70 mm incl necessary formwork at any height/location complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for chicken mesh, scaffolding and necessary formwork upto triple storey bldg.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including taking down existing plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old PQC surfaces of taxi track/links/shelters/runway and the like, including preparation of surfaces by mechanised sander having RPM of min. 1200 having vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of six/four shades, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coat of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old PQC surfaces of taxi track/links/shelters/runway and the like, including preparation of surfaces by mechanised sander having RPM of min. 1200 having vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of six/four shades, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old wall surfaces, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 12 metre, complete all as specified.

M&L for One coat of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old wall surfaces, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 12 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on brick pitching surfaces of blast pens, stone / concrete surfaces / AC sheets and the like, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades, including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 8.5 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coats of interior acrylic distemper/oil bound distemper on old wall surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 10 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepration of new plasterd wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: - a) Applying wall care putty, in two coats & smoothening the surfaces as specified. (preparatory to paint as directed).complete all as specified. (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic emulson over and including a coat of water based exterior primer in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of six/four shades complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades including preparation of surfaces,& including a coat of red oxide primer over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces after complete removal of existing painted surfaces, for height not exceeding 10 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES APPLICABLE TO SRL ITEM 3 TO 10 HERE-IN-ABOVE: (i) Exterior acrylic emulsion & primer shall be applied only through approved applicators, authorised by the manufacturers for such works. (ii) Entire quantity of material for this work shall be procured by the contractor from manufacturer's Depot & deposit the same with Enginer-in-Charge and same shall be issued to contractor on daily basis as per consumption at site. (iii) RGB value of four shades of disruptive/camouflaging pattern shall be all as shown on Drg No. GE/SK-1/19 sheet 1/2 & 2/2. (iv) The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for scaffolding and necessary formwork.

M&L for One coat of white wash on old Ceiling surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 10 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coat of white wash on old wall surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 10 metre, complete all as specified and directed.
