Supplying and delivery of 1.1 KV grade 4 core 50 sqmm armoured Alminium XLPE cable on wall as per G.S. (Make: Polycab/Havells/RR Kable)

Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. cable 50 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : For 4 core 50 sqmm

For 4 core 25 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables bycrimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket(Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials For 4 core 50 sqmm

Supplying and fixing double door Vertical TPN MCB Distribution board for MCCB incomer with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame/concealed in wall as per GS ( Make - Legrand) 4 Way ( Up to 160 A )[ Enclosure (607913)]

Supplying and fixing double door sheet steel (16SWG), powder coated cable end box for vertical enclosure with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish with nuts bolts etc incl. provision for earthing attachment. 4 way

Supplying and fixing 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA in existing Vertical DBs including necessary connection as per GS [ Make - Legrand ]. 125A FP

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connectionas per GS [ Make -Legrand ]63 A TP

Cement Concrete road cutting avg. dept. 3 ft x avg. width. 2 ft including mending finishing good damages to original finish concrete floor by net cement concrete.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 50 mm dia.

Supplying and fixing 415V, 125 A TPN SFU (Make : L&T)with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.

Supplying and fixing sheet steel (16SWG) cable end box on TPN SFU enclosure with nuts bolts etc incl. powder coated painting. 63/125A

Distn. Wiring in 1.1 Kv gr. Single core stranded ‘FR’ PVC insulated & unsheathed cu. wire (Havells / RR Kable / Polycab) in 20/32/40 mm size PVC rigid conduit ‘FR (precession) incl. necy. Fitting as reqd.

4 x16 sqmm + 2 x 10 sqmm for ECC

Finishing end of copper wire and PVC/Al cable of the following sizes by crimping method as per GS

Dismataling of old E.I by co's own tools & tackles in safety condition.
