The system shall be provide with Two Panel Control System with necessary Stainless Valves and Fittings and Float Control etc. The rate should be inclusive of all civil works, wherever necessary to install the System in position and intact.

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B in ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with intial lead and lifts and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete - Open Earth work excavations

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation - rectangle and square column column

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three M- Sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications-10 m2.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL Window made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame, 35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets ( 18 G ) with 5Nos,of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemental officers.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Conducting Geophysical survey, quality and quantity test and transportation charges etc, (This includes labour charges in the field, rent of the vehicle for reaching the place, rent of the instrument and excluding charges for the geologist)

Drilling of 150mm dia vertical bores in Sedimentary strata formation to any required depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipe, assembling in the drilled hole, including welding the joints if necessary grouting the casing pipe etc, and including transportation charges for the rig and supporting vehicles from one place to another place.

Reaming from 150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by departmental officer upto 60m below ground level

Supply and delivery of unplasticised ribbed screen PVC casing pipe of the 140mm dia in 3m length with screwed and socket end and centering guide for every 15m length of pipes as per IS / 12818 / 92 and as amended from time to time to suit the borewell upto 80m depth (C.S) with ISI marking including, loading, unloading , freight, stacking and transit insurance charges etc, complete.

Labour charges for the erection of 3 Hp submersible pump set in bore well/open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges up to the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventer, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pump set and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.(PWD standard data No.SD. 63).

Supply and fixing of 4 way SP DB with 16A DP Switch with metal clad of 500V with F&N (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board with earth connection only. (PWD standard data No.SD. 141).
