NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Servicing and comprehensive maintenance of Goods cum passenger lifts in PXE technical and ITR area (Total 05 nos of lift) of any capacity , AC electric operated, variable voltage, variable frequency control serving for G+8/G+2/G+3 floors as per site by replacing the unserviceable trailing cable, checking of all power wiring termination, upper and lower limit switches for proper connection, Checking / adjusting guide clamp, Check all the locks functioning properly mechanically and electrically after opening the covers, check all sets of screws and spring and replace where necessary so that the lever should lock the brake properly for smooth operation of lift , Repair/maintenance of all door shutters of lift by repairing / replacing unserviceable parts, complete greasing and carrying out door adjustment, guide clamp adjustment, locking system etc for smooth functioning complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (a) Maintanace of all 05 lifts will be done on monthly basis or minimum six times during period of contract by authorised Original equipment manufacturer's service centre engineers or throuigh OEM certified agencies as approved by GE (b) All switches, contactor, door shoe, door contact, door spring, SPP, Rectifier,door roller,door lock set, LOP & COP button, Relay , gear oil, consumable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, lubricants are deemed to be included in rate quoted however the spare parts other than above shall be measured & paid separately. (c) The rates includes monthly mainantance charge of all five lifts and including spare parts under 1(b). (d ) The visit & maintenance work shall be got executed through OEM,s/authorised agency's rep/engineer and test report of each lift will be submitted to Engr-in-charge.

Repair/overhauling of the thruster of 2 to 5 ton capacities of EOT crane with gear holding brakes / Hoist / Creep / Cross travel and long travel, rewinding the burnt out electromagnetic thruster coil with super enamelled copper coil of existing gauge and varnishing, heating and testing etc. complete repairing of oil pump by replacing worn out parts, oil seal, O ring, bush and bearing - 02 nos. check nuts, lock pins all as required and directed.

All as per Sl Item No.20 above but for capacity of 10 Ton to 20 Ton EOT cranes.

Supply and filling of gear oil in gear box of lift and EOT crane including top up all as specified and directed .

M&L for spray painting to complete EOT/HOT Cranes of 2 to 20 ton capacity with a CT span up to maximum of 18 Mtrs and a hook height maximum up to of 10 mtrs with LT Span, complete including preparing the surfaces by all suitable means by removing the old paint with sand paper and spray painting the complete parts of crane with one coat of approved synthetic enamel paint of superior quality over one coat of red oxide , and writing machine No with synthetic enamel paint different from crane body colour on the crane complete all as directed.

Repairing / overhauling of EOT Cranes of capacity range from 2 Tonne to 5 Tonne of any span of cross / long travel and height of hoist for carrying out over hauling and repairing various items, refixing the components in its position after carrying out overhauling and repairing work including checking and re-wiring of crane control panel faulty electrical circuit using control copper conductor, making all electric connections functional , cleaning of tracks with approved cleaners, greasing for smooth running of wheels, pulleys, steel wire rope etc and load testing of crane after carrying out all repair works all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Loads as required for testing shall be arranged by the user. (ii) Transportation of loads for testing from the place of issue and return to the place of issue shall be responsibility of the contractor. (iii) Cost is inclusive of all requisite spares and consumables for above repair except for those specified separately.

Repair/overhauling of the gear box of 20 Ton /10Ton / 5 Ton /3 Ton /2 Ton capacity EOT crane, with skilled crane mechanic and dismantling all the mechanical components, cleaning, re-cutting, polishing the gear teeth after remetalling and making as per the original complete. Remetalling of driving shaft, machining, finishing, polishing for smooth running of the crane. Replacing the unserviceable bushes, bearings of driving and non-driving end. Re-fixing all the components after necessary repair works. Replacing/top up of the gear oil in the gear box up to required level. Making adjustment to ensure trouble free smooth running of gear system complete all as directed for Main hoist gearbox for 10 Ton / 20 Ton EOT Crane. and testing after complition by authorised Govt Nominated Testing Agency as approved by GE (Note : Gear oil, ball bearing & spare parts where ever required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule).
