Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade Nominal mix (1:4:8) (one Cement: four sand: eight coarse aggregate) and curing complete including carriage of materials in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced Concrete R.C.C M-25 1:1.5:3 (one cement: one point five sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of TATA Tiscon /Sail /Rashtriya Ispat including the cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floors in all heights, and as per HP.PWD specification of 1190 volume- I including carriage of material, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts as per PWD specification and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 including carriage of materials in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc extra complete as per HP.PWD. specification. 100mm (one hundred millimeter) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal mix curing complete including carriage of materials in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in all floors levels in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four sand) in First class bricks in super structure for in all heights and as per HP.PWD specification of 1990 volume -I including carriage of material, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts as per PWD specification and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen millimeter) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) up to all floors levels including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth as per HPPWD specification of 1990 volume-1 including carriage of material, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on new concrete/masonry/ plastered surface with textured paint/brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering as required on all surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying a putty required for making the surface including carriage of materials in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
