Cubical Toilets as per the approved layout & design but not limited to complete plumbing and sanitary work, flooring, wall tiling, false ceiling, all fittings and fixtures, wash basin, water closet, mirrors, sensor urinals, etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Furniture & Furnishing of VIP room, Check-in-counters, Frisking booth counter, Manual Baggage Check Counters as per drawings, S.S. Que–Management System, SS dustbins, Modular Mattings, SS Bollards, Planters etc.

Tensile Fabric Canopy of approved make and shade as per approved Design, Drawings and Specifications and directions of EIC.

City Side Facia/Architectural Feature in city side elevation, having top finish with solid acrylic surface of approved make and shade as per approved Design, Drawings and Specifications all complete as per drawings and directions of EIC.

Site Development including Construction of City Side Roads & Approach Roads/Air Side Roads in front of Terminal Building, Car Parking, Kerbs, Footpaths etc. Note: Type of Construction of Car Park and City/Air Side Roads etc. - Rigid Pavements.

Note 1: All works to be carried out as per conceptual drawings/ design intent enclosed with tender documents with all materials, labour, T & P, machinery, equipment, consumables, deployment of suitable Technical personnel for supervision, quality assurance and quality control etc. complete and work to be completed based on approved architectural, structural drawings, specifications, design parameters and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from the concerned authorities. 2.
