SUB-HEAD -1 ----SITC 11KV VCB PANEL & 11KV / 415V, DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

Supply & Delivery Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad, single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3 Nos VCBs (1 Incomer + 2 Outgoing), totally enclosed and fully interlocked , horizontal drawout, horizontal / vertical isolation type breaker as per IS 13118, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise two nos 1000 KVA Dry Type Transformers.

Installation & commissioning of the above 11 kV VCB Panel with P.T & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.

Supply & Delivery of Cast Resin Dry Type 11KV/415V, 1000 KVA, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Dyn 11, copper wound, Calss F insulation associated with winding temparature indicator/controller, having cable end box in the HV & LV sides and all accessories and confirfing to IS 1117-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification attached (Uploaded in the Specification section). [Make: ABB / Voltamp (Varoda)/CGL].

Installation & commissioning of 11 KV/ 415 volt,1000 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. S&F base channels etc.

Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.

Supply & fixing 75x45 mm "C" channel having length of 2 mtr. each channel incl. nuts, bolts and washer etc.

Submission of a Sub-station drawing (Computer autocad generated & printed in all sheet quarduplicate)showing H.T & LT cable duct single line power diagrams EI layout system equiment neutral earthing etc. enter plan as per direction and satisfication of E.IC.

Supply & Drawing 1.1 KV Grade 7 Core 1.5 sq.mm PVC Armoured Copper Cable from Transformer WT relay to VCB WT relay for Power & Control Supply as per direction of EIC

SITC OF LT MAIL PANEL IN THE SUBSTATION

SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical MV switchboard suitable for use in 3rd party SCADA compatible earthernet network , fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker having compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 14 SWG ( 2.0 mm ) nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel,front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, with incoming ACBs & Outgoing ACB/MCBS/SFU and all accessories as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached ( As in the specification section) [ I/C : ACB 1600A(min-65KA)-2 nos, B/C - ACB 1600A(min-65KA) , O/G SEC-1 : 500A MCCB, 36 kA - 4 nos, 400A MCCB 36kA-4 nos, 250 A MCCB 36kA- 4 nos, 125A MCCB 36 KA -3Nos. , 63A MCCB 25KA - 2 nos.

Supply & delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR CORRECTION PANEL (150 KVAR) and conforming to IS with latest modification and as per detail specification attached ( uploaded in the specification section) to be installed at HT Substation Building.

SUB HEAD -2 - HT/LT CABLING IN SUBSTATION

Supplying and laying of 1 No. 11KV (E/UE) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required.[ From Supplier HT Gear to Consumer HT Gear and to Transformer]. Making heatshrinkable joints to the ends of the following XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor pavement / wall / and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish including removing the rubbish

Above 35 sqmm to 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor / pavement / wall etc.

Laying of cable above 3½ core 50 sqmm and upto 3½ core 95 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Laying of 2 nos No. cable upto 240 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of one cable above 300 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

SUB-HEAD -4- EARTHING

S& laying 240 sq. mm. single core multistrand PVC insulated flexible Cu wire in suitable size of PVC flexible pipe (reinforced) from nutral earth busbar to transformer nutral point as required (for Transformer /Generator neutral earthing) including compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry & Socketing both sides by Cu Socket. [ 4 run x 10 mtrs x 2 set = 80 mtrs]

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal for plate electrode as to G.S.

S & F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar (4:2:1)

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
