Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs. 500/-8 Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No-PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1 the bill amount Will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27

Bidder has to quote rates excluding GST, GST shall be paid separately for the Applicable

All the Work Done certificate uploaded should include in KPPP Portal indent number

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary Documents

Only relevant documents should be submitted in e-procurement

Technical Criteria

General

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Past Experience

Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar Drilling of Borewells and installation of pump motors with other accessories of value not less than Rs 25.43Lakhs (Performance Certificate certified and issued by officer Not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Work Done Certificate

Executed in one year (for a continuous period of 12 months)During 2021-22 to 2025-26 the following minimum quantities of work. Drilling of Borwells-6Nos 2. Pump motors-6.00Nos (All qty done certificates submitted shall be issued by officer not below the rank of executive engineer)
