M&L for dismantling/taking down old dilaped/broken RCC chajja, facia, dropwall, roof projection, shelf/rack etc and repairing/re-casting of the same with reinforced cement concrete type B1,1:2:4(20mm graded stone aggregate), including necessary formwork, scaffolding and TMT steel reinforcement if required, upto four storeys and making surface smooth and finish with PCC type B0, 1:2:4(using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in fillet, rendering 5mm thick in cm 1:3 on soffit with drip course and 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 for concrete surface with WPC after strucking off formwork, area not exc 2.0 Sqm each, including removal of deberies from the site and disposed out side the the MD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Steel reinforcement whenever used will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for RCC articals, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting and completely removing of bushes, small trees, vegetation (Peepal, small plants etc) growth alongwith its roots on building wall/roof/chhajja/parapet wall/water tank staging area etc or like of any dia and girth at any height by necessary demolition of brick, concrete, plaster portion if required and filling holes on and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface with cement mortar 1:4 with and including WPC and PCC 1:2:4 as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sunken slab treatment comprising of the following :-(a) Taking out/ down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish from the site of work to a distance n.exc. 250mm compete all as specified and directed.(b) Material & labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) over cleaned sunken slab surfaces.(c) Material & labour for applying bituminous priming coat/tack coat over PCC surfaces @ 0.30 Kg per square metre of surfaces. (d) Material & labour for applying bitumin grade 85/25 over priming coat @ 1.20 Kg per Square metre. (e) Material & labour for 25mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound (WPC) @ 3% by weight of cement. on wall of sunken floor (f) Material & labour for suitable thickness of PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate) for filling in the sunken portion of slab up to its floor level.(g) Supply & fix of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade, 450m long (for draining out the water) complete all as specified and directed.
