Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)(in meters).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinable cement primer.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on old wall surface (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing panelled shutters for doors, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,(Second class deodar wood with shutter thickness of 30mm) ( Excluding Pannel)

Providing and fixing panelling in panelled shutters for doors, with Ply wood 5 ply, 9 mm thick Commercial ply on both sides.

M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete(125x65x2.12 mm)
