M & L for Modular concealed point wiring on wall and ceiling/roof etc with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

(a) One light point/security light/ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted fan controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet , 5 Amps on an independent board controlled by one switch .

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet , 5 Amps on same board controlled by one switch .

M & L for 1 X 20 watt LED batten ceiling/wall mounted lighting fixture Lumen not less than 2100 lumen polycarbonate ,enviornmental friendly ,energy efficient fixed to wall/ ceilling & connecting upto ceiling rose with three core twisted flexible 1.5 sqmm PVC copper conductor cable with earthing complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 1 X 9W / 1x10W bulk healuminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core fleible copper conductor cable with earthing complete all as specified and as directed

S & F LED bulb 9 Watt lumen not less than 770 Lumen commplete all as specified and directed

M&L for Road cutting/pavement/hard standing for laying of UG cable through HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure including make good of the damaged surfaces by suitable PCC Complete all as directed. Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of HDPE Pipe.
